I want to provide my initial review of the Terminator from Notcigs. I purchased the Terminator as a possibility for a future purchase of a Variable Voltage mod and this seemed like the cheapest manufactured solution. The quick turn around on this product was admirable and I received it after only three days.
The device is housed in a 901 Atty body where the vent hole is now taken up by the voltage adjustment screw. My connection is a 510 and this test was provided on an OmeGa at 6vs before adjustment.
I tested: 801, 901, 510, 306, 808D in available atomizer and cartomizer as well as wickless and bridgeless on a 510 atty.
This device does exactly what was asked for. The provided screwdriver makes adjustment rather easy and utilizing a voltmeter I was able to watch the easy change in adjustment. While the increased length of the total PV package was increased by jumping in the Terminator this was of course expected and of negligible concern.
My one issue is a matter of construction. The 510 Atomizer connector with almost no pressure separated from the 901 tube exposing the positive wire leading to the voltage regulator. I would suggest anyone using this device to be careful especially if this is being carried in a pocket as it could damage the unit. With a little gorilla glue I returned the connector to where it needed to be and continued vaping.
All in all, a very good product with a minor issue. I would suggest this with the caveat to those looking for an easy off-the-shelf variable voltage introductory solution.
