Tesla trouble

Hi gang. I hope I'm asking this question in the correct section of the forum, if not, please forgive me.

So I have a Tesla and it's always served me well. I recently bought a new tank, I think it's called a Kanger Aero tank. It's not working real great with my Tesla. If I screw it the whole way on, it does nothing and reads 9.9 ohms. I can get it to work if I back it over halfway off the tesla and leave it loose. But I don't like keeping it that way. It sort of rattles around and seems ready to fall off. Did I get a bad tank, or do I need to adjust something?

What Tesla do you have. M1, M2, M3, M4, the Spider?

I didn't know there was more than one. When I bought it, I don't recall there being any choices. It's about a year old. I don't see any marking on it. I'll try to find the box it came in and see if it tells me.

Your atomizer is not making contact at the 510. Your Tesla will display 9.9 ohms when there is no atty attached as well.
