As many here I have moved on from my first e-cig. I have many 901 and 501 batts and attys to get rid of as kits. I want to sell them to other newbies that want to start. I do not want sell batts that may be bad. How do I test the batts with a multi-meter to check them? I know how to test the attys. I want to put together kits with chargers. I want to be fair and will give them more than they will get from another source.
