But there is a "Big" difference . . . And normally - I would - do that when it is just a "smiley" or an "emoticon" that can be found anywhere, but I still tell the person who first posted it . . .
However, what's more important here, is I would never - ever just take someone else work or put a "claim on it," unless I can get their express permission first or ask them for a copy like I have with "YOU" and your wonderful work . . .
That's JUST NOT RIGHT ! ! ! BTW, has does it feel to be "Me" . . .

lol no - I photoshopped in the East TX Hospital and replaced the VA Hospital sign that was there
LOL!!! Too funny...I showed the pic to my hubby (that's actually the actual place we met) and said "Look! They must have changed the hospital name at some point! HAha!! You're Goood!!
