At least Gummy was nice enough to give a coffee (drink) warning before the pic. keyboards were saved thanks to his thoughtfulness, THANK YOU. It isn't good for computers to have the nose spray fluids getting into the works.

On another note, we had the storms come through here last night and a lot of people are out of power with downed trees and such. We got an alert call that the sewage treatment plant is out of power and asked us to not use outside water and to minimize inside water usage. I was at the gas station (BJ's) and we had a 15 minute wait to get to the pumps with everyone filling gas cans for their generators (reminder: get generator if BIL ever pays us back). Hoping Padre still has power.

I saw that on the news today. I was thinking about you and Padre. I hope that Pad still has power and no damage too. Hopefully we will hear from him soon.

I do feel much, much better :) My doc gave me some anti inflammatory meds that helped alot with the pain in my jaw, thank goodness! I am still getting short of breath, coughing but nothing like I was. I take my last Levaquin tonight and am glad of it. That stuff can have some very serious side effects. I just don't like pills and I have been on more than I am used to for the last few weeks.

LOL, hi everyone. We sure had a great day. Grandkids, water skiing (not honey girl or I) fishing, rides on the deck boat, lots and lots of really good food, visiting, good friends stopping by the lake houses, just a really nice day.

I brought honey girl home around 2:30 and got her to lay down and rest for a couple hours and then we went back out to the lake and rode around on the deck boat some more. My son-in-law who isn't a mechanic but is a danged good mechanic none-the-less really has the motor and idle on the deck boat humming just the way it ought to be.

    Really nice day.

Gummy Bear, you and I ought to work on childrens books for adults. We could work together on the stories and with you doing the graphics we could make a fortune and we'd both be rich!!!

The graphics you put in here were brilliant and hilarious! And if you really examine the pics closely you find little hidden things like a pic of TT shaking hands with Lyndon Baines Johnson hanging on the wall!!! Wonderful work my friend!!

That would be a great idea for you and Gummy, TT! You might need to clean your stories up a bit but I bet they would be very popular!

DH and I actually watched a few of the RL Stine movies today lol My son loved his books when he was in middle school. He was/is a popular author and his stories are not very good IMO lol

I had to get some pics downloaded to the computer but I'm back again.

salem, I'm sure glad to hear that you are feeling at least a little bit better!

Boy, those were some terrible storms that struck back east. 3 million people with no power in this heat! I sure don't envy them. I hope the friends and family of everyone on here are okay.

You are up late, TT. I found a struggling noob in the new members that I am trying to help. He lives in SC so he caught my eye :)

Yeah, I'm just sitting here playing around ... but I do need to get to bed, tomorrow is going to be another busy day!

I'd hate to be a newbie today with all the things they have available its a really confusing mess. I wouldn't have a clue on where to begin!

    Have a good night salem!!

    TT
