Has anyone tried the tfa watermelon? Is it Any good or is it perfumy? Fresh watermelon?
Any input would be really appreciated.

Hey Hoosier! How 'bout a recipe for Watermelon candy? I would LOVE to make a juice that tastes like watermelon jolly rancher.

I do use TFA watermelon and don't find it perfumy at all. I throw in a taste of Koolada for an Iced Watermelon kinda joose with a touch of sweetener, but that's just me.

I don't do recipes, but I'll give you some hints.

First hint, Raspberry
Second hint, EM in super tiny amounts.
Third hint, Sweetener

Watermelon 8%
Rasoberry sweet 2%
Cotton candy 3%
your choice though. Kinda adds a layer of softness.
Sweetner 2%

by itself, you can tell it's watermelon but it's lacking IMHO. I like ripe watermelon and this one tastes like one that's not at it's peak ripeness. I gotta try the raspberry and sweetner and see how that does.
