I don't care for the auto's...too much air...go with manuals plus you can drip with them if you like to.
The new autos have improved much, but still think the manuals will always pack a bigger punch. However with a horizontal coil carto, an auto packs enough for me to be comepletely satisfyed, and ive been chasing the right TH for 6 months...
Just to add that these days kr808d-1 doesn't mean identical units. There are several versions of 808's, manual and auto, regulated/unregulated, airy/tighter etc. So it's hard to say, then throw in all the carto options and it's even harder to say.
I will just throw out that I've managed to find juices with too much th for me on bloog and similar regulated 3.7 808 autos in strengths as low as 18 mg. I have no idea what that will mean for you, but I'd be surprised if an acceptable level of th couldn't be found for anyone depending on carto/batt combo....

Ms. Zelphie all I can add is that th is made up of four factors. Of all the styles of batts I've tested the 808 has the best potential for it. Voltage plays one role, style of carto (horizontal coil, lr, etc.) another, juice flavor the third, and nicotine the last.
Morandirs right, if one is determined to keep nic mg low, the manuals are prob the better choice, along with a horizcarto. And i also found no flavour to give a better TH... Add flavour and the hole thing softens... Or maybe because i only do the sweet ones..

Gives a very decent TH. But did up the nic level, when i went back to vertical coil. On horiz carts i was on 4-5 mg.

I have a 280 mAh auto batt and was using cheap Kanger cartos. I got some Boge 2.6 cartos and a manual battery (same size as auto) and the difference was amazing. Go with the Boge cartos, a V4L king diamond batt, and high nic and the TH will probably be amazing.
