Thag Built unresponsive for three weeks?

Hello, I ordered an adapter for the Chuck about three weeks ago. After not receiving it, I sent two e-mails a few days apart. Afterwards, having received no response, I called and left telephone messages. It's been three weeks now and I haven't heard from Thag Built about my adapter. They were very responsive when I ordered the Chuck, but dropped the ball on the adapter. I'm hoping it's just a New Years issue, but I can't get ahold of anyone to find out what's going on. Thanks.

Jeff is pretty busy this time of year with his primary business, building Chucks, and plowing snow. He has the adapters on order, but they haven't made it to him yet. If you ordered the adapter I am sure as soon as they come in, he will ship it to you.

He may not be too responsive at the moment, but I can assure you that if he has your money, he will get the adapter to you as soon as they get to him.

I'm in the same boat waiting for the adapters I ordered with my Chuck in December. The Chuck shipped to me 12/24 and I got it 12/26. Jeff posted a message #11657 quoting a notification that his order left Shanghai on 12/17 - I've been assuming they're still snarled up in the holiday shipping, and that Jeff will ship them as soon as he gets them.

In the meantime I've ordered some other adapters from Heaven's Gift (which is in Shanghai), and I'm still waiting for them, also.

I just checked the tracking info and it does not show any difference. I spoke with the shipper on Wed and he said to wait til Monday. I will update on Monday.

I'm not sure about the e-mails and messages though. I had all e-mails returned as of the 31st around 1:00. I can only assume you left a voice message at my Print Shop??? If so I have not been notified of that either. We did have some issues with the ice storm last week, but to my knowledge it was not affecting that.

Shoot me a PM if you need to, ALL ADAPTOR ORDERS will ship the day I get them. sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi, glad to hear something didn't go wrong with my order and the shipment was just delayed. I sent you an email Dec 22, 2009 @ 17:20:58 (Subject: My package?)

The phone number I used was the one your domain name was registered to. It said something about 9-5 hours, but those are the hours when I called.

Now that I know everything is okay I'll have more patience. Thanks for the response.
