Some off you might know there was a little drama over the weekend.
I had some dry cartomizers that were a waste.

All is well now.
After some PM's and emails, I talked privately to Steve on the phone last night and this morning.

He's going to make it right!

He will send me empty cartomizers and juice, free of charge!!!
To make up for what ever I had to throw away.
I offered to sent him back with what I still have.
He declined and took me for my word.
Awesome!

All is well, we talked it out.
That does show that Steve is not happy till his customers are happy.
He told me he never leaves an issue unresolved, so the proof is in the pudding.

He was impatient that I did not call him within 5 minutes after he sent his email to me, to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Hey Steve, I do have a life..........

;)

Anyhow, thank you, now all I have to do is wait for the mailman.

:p

I do want to add, sometimes there are issues, be assured that Steve will take care off the problems.
BUT if a customer has a problem and writes about it, please do not dismiss that customer and shoot them down.
As I told Steve it's not personal, it's not him, it was the product.
It happens........
I'm a real person, I might express myself different that you.
Keep that in mind next time you criticize someone.

Let's keep it a good V4L forum, let's be nice to each other.

I don't think it was anything about trying to "shoot you down", I think they/me were all waiting to hear what V4L would say/do to make it right. From what I have seen personally, and read on this forum, these guys go the extra FOUR miles, to make us all happy! I don't think anyone meant to get nasty, but things escalated quickly, and impatient set in.
It's all good, and I am once again glad to hear the company I have chosen to deal with, has once again, made things more than right. This solidifies my convictions even more!

I would also like to apologize to emberl. The whole thing got blown up and there were lots of things thrown around that probably did not need to be. We work very hard to make sure our customers are happy, and I reacted emotionally to a situation that I thought could have been resolved privately. We cannot fix problems that we do not know about. I am happy to see that Steve has resolved the issue and we reached an amicable solution.

Emberl glad you worked out your problem. so now you know next time if and when you do have a problem you know how the guys at V4Life will treat you. They are very different than your average businessmen. They rock. They care about their customers. And now maybe you know there is no reason to start a thread if you have any complaints. Go to the source.
so anyway all is good no hard feelings and welcome to the forum.

Well, I may be in the minority here but I'm very happy you posted about your problems.

It was because of watching the way the staff handled this situation in that thread that made me decide to go ahead and make my first V4L purchase last night after sitting on the fence about it for months.

I'm a suspicious pessimist at heart, sad but true. I just don't believe it when it seems that a company never has any problems, when everybody is 100% pleased as punch all the time.

Finally seeing a problem and then seeing it handled well, even when the situation and people's tempers were spiraling into uncomfortable territory convinced me to dive in.

ECF is a place to talk to other vapers. Its a place to get feedback, information, to share experiences- good and bad - and yes, sometimes just to vent. So even though yes, you could have done the whole thing in an private email you didn't- and other people who had the same problem chimed in even though they hadn't said anything before, and the V4L staff had the opportunity to show how they do business.

It's easy to preach to the choir, much harder to calm the angry or... convert the cautious (that's me!).

what I saw in that original thread was that you had a problem with some carts. ok ya that can happen. the biggest issue that I saw with that thread was that in 1 day it had exploded into like 10 pages. that seamed a little ridicules imho the way the thread should have been handled is simple

op: hey I have a problem I am unhappy
response1: blah blah blah
op: I am waiting to see what steve will say or do about this

done!

if it had been like 2 weeks or something before any action had been taken by V4L then I could see some of the comments that were in that thread but you gotta give the staff at V4L a chance to respond.

that is just my .02

bottom line Glad to see that Steve took good care of you :)
