I posted a problem about multiple shorting problems on my grand a little over a week ago, got a quick response, sent it in and had it back in about a week all fixed and looking sharp. I just want to thank you for the quick service. I offered to pay for the repairs, since it is probably something I did which messed up the 510 connection-but you didnt take me up on that?! Im just happy to have my grand back in my hot little hands.

I think I'll have to load her up with TVs Mahalo Oahu at 6V and dream of a beach breeze. Thanks and happy new year

I am glad your mod made it back to you safely .Your mod had a broken gasket this is the one weak point of any mod .I don't charge people for broken gaskets unless I no they were doing something wrong . Happy new year to you to my friend
