Well they did it, pushed me over the edge. Received my last order and was a 36ml bottle short, ordered 2, they sent 1. Not a small mistake when they had been out and I have been waiting to order for awhile. So I called twice, 2 days, no answer, no callback. finally I emailed them, waited and got a response, sending 2nd bottle out. Well as I am reading that reply, one of the actual working and not cracked ce2 fluxomizers I received in my last order, decides to piss all over my hand while vaping. Now Im ...... and have had enough, so I say to myself, you know what, I do not NEED that 2nd bottle of juice, in fact, I dont need the one they sent, I quit! Been two days now, I have not vaped. So I emailed them right back, asking to be refunded for the 2nd bottle instead of sending it out, they say they already sent it, couldn't have that fast, I call bs on that. So now I have 2 brand new 36 ml bottles of flux crystal 24mg for sale, along with a couple of devices and batteries and chargers. I am a bit cranky today, but, I am free! Anyone interested in the whole lot of juice, batteries and devices, let me know..Cheap.

You are a vetran vaper, I really cannot believe your reaction to this. Sorry you are ......, but this is a bit over the edge.
Honestly,,,I would NOT buy your stuff for cheap and I would NOT even stand in line if you were giving your stuff away because of your reaction and choice to post it.
Customer Service, products and everything else has be great experience for me here (any probs I have had has been dealt with quickly and without hassle),,,,,your response is a complete opposite to what I ever experienced here and I have ordered a lot from here.. I have ordered from, it feels like, hundreds of other vendors, and Gotvapes is on my short list now to buy from.

This next part is not an insult to "nooby" pv users, I hope who reads this understands my point in it.

Sorry for all the mishaps, but I am kinda shocked by your "nooby" response to vaping products. What i mean by "nooby" responding is they are not experienced with supplies and ecigs/pv's and it is difficult to get use to the different cartos and accessories and such so that frustration level is understandable to me----but I am surpirsed by someone with your experience responding like this----but I would hope, as I did, they would contact supplier and REASONABLY express their problems, which to me and my experience with gotvapes you have not done. ...., .

In this post you sound like you are blaming Gotvapes for your decision never to vape again....again,,,,that is just sounds like crap to me but of corse that is your choice and woohoo for you acheiving that goal if that what you had in mind. with your "vetran" stance here since 2009, I do not think a single vendor could bring you down to your knees and make you quit vaping.
Good luck to you. I hope that not vaping is what you have been aiming for....cause it seems like it if this experience made you quit vaping you been on the fense about vaping and looking for a reason to stop.

These kinds of things happen. I've never ordered from this company, but almost every single one I've ordered from since 2009 has dropped the ball at one time or another. Especially when they got bigger\busier. Congrats on quitting all together. I'm jealous lol. That's my goal, to eventually be done with all of this. Have a good weekend!

Now HDB here is thing that has always bothered me that peeps here do. You are not saying it is not for you or that you are just leaving the game but that the product and vendor are bad then you want to sell the stuff that offends you. Why in the name of all that is good would I want to buy stuff you tell me is no good. Try that with any other product and let me know how that works for ya.

I have this really crappy computer and the company refuses to help ......anyone want to buy it??

Wow, you fail reading comprehension? I said the service, and products (atty's), sucked.. The devices and the juice, which are what are for sale, not the defective ce2 atty's, but MY vaping devices, HD high voltage devices, with tons of batts and charger for all. The juice is brand new bottles of the premium crystal flux, 24mg 36 ml, why wouldn't someone want them for cheap?? seriously? lol I already have 2 pm's about my gear and juice for sale, so yeh, thats why I posted here... dorks

Is this the new Classifieds section?

I'd never quit vaping due to a bad experience, and I'll probably keep plugging away and trying GV products from time to time out of curiosity. Still, I will admit that, quite literally, every single product (atty/carto type stuff) that I've gotten my hands on that originated from GV (many through the classifieds and trades) has either leaked like Niagra Falls, fallen apart, or burned out after one or two refills. I've had several "blow my top, shout curses at the company" moments in the privacy of my own home, lol, but I got over it. I figure I'm just the poor sucker that happens to be on the end of the bell-curve luckwise, and I'm guessing the OP is renting the space just down the hall. ;) I'll make some smores and put the kettle on...

I kind of dont understand this, I had a cracked Vision (That I glued with their own glue LOL) and 5 minutes after sending them a PM they replayed that they sending me a new one and i live overseas, even thou i said that no need and they can put it in my next order they said it will be shipped anyway.
So I kind of dont get the part of bad service....Maybe you emailed them in their off hours, becuase i live in a different time zone and still get replays....

This person was one of the most incredibly rude obnoxious and profane people we have ever dealt with. We handled a mistake on his order promptly suffice to say. His behaviour was all the more puzzling as he had a bottle of 36ml juice, we'd have his other bottle to him will before he could run out of that first bottle.

He cursed us out from the get-go and I handled it kindly and professionally but he still continued usign godd*mn, bull..... and many other choice words - I keep all my emails so I can show what transpired. Complained he was going back to analogues because of us. Very very pathetic individual.

My friend, Mr HDBanger don't EVER darken our doors here in the forum or our site. Due to the fact I am an IMMENSE techno-nerdish guy (yay) you can no longer also access the gotvapes website. Get lost and please no longer pollute e-cigarette-forum.com
