gotvapes.com not following throigh with orders?

The order of fluxomizers i received yesterday werent smashed but 3 out of 5 of the wicks look like they are hanging on by only a thread, they look nearly severed very close to the coil cup. The one tube i filled with juice, shattered on my couch about 5 mins after filling it up..Now i've heard of that happening before, but i wasnt using a juice that had any oil in it...just menthol, watermelon, and honeysuckle flavorings. And i found it very odd that the tube actually shattered..not cracked, with no one touching it sitting on it...it was just sitting there all alone and left shatter shards on the couch and the tube had sharp edges. The lucid clear cart's i bought are very nice though.

i have not tried to contact them about it though, they work..just have to rip them out of the tube and use them in a tank mod, so i dont know how their Customer service is...seems pretty great tho given they have responded several times on this post. =D

wow...shattered?were you using a drip tip? well you don't see that every day. kinda ...... I missed it. DANGA ZONE!

That actually was the honeysuckle and not the fault of the fluxomizers on that one.
I've had problems with that flavor and have quit using it.
It ate a acrylic driptip of mine ( on a regular atty) and made it extremely soft, absolutely ruined it : (

Hey guys, unfortunately, I have to chime in here too.

On March 18th I got an "in-stock" notification for the x-atomizer/lucid cart combo. I jumped on the site and ordered. Dan even commented on my post about getting their random straggler HERE.

So, I got my shipping notification on the 19th and had the package by the 23rd so it was a nice quick turn-around. The problem was that the package didn't actually contain an x-atomizer. It just had a regular one. Before I pulled out of the post office parking lot I shot Chris a quick e-mail to get it squared away. Chris responded the same day stating that he'd get it fixed.

I had been checking my PO Box regularly and never got another package from GotVapes. I sent a follow-up e-mail on the 1st that didn't get a response. I don't know what the story is here but I'm pretty disappointed. I had high hopes here and my other order was perfect but now I'm just feeling ignored.

I wasn't going to post on the forum but it looks like I'm not alone.

Malic acid is what will shatter the plastic even more so than or worst than cinn oil, if your liquids had any in it this would be the culprit possibly

Industrial - this is not a "I am not alone' situation. This person who started this thread had been spoken to 4 times...three times by email and once directly on the phone. They had been informed several times that we were simply out of stock. We gave them a rough guestimate of when we had hoped the items were back in stock and when that particular day would come and go, they thought we forgot about them. Of course it was all contingent on us getting the item back in stock and we made this very clear to the customer.

The customer admitted in emails that they were just nervous and anxious about getting some FLüXomizers and apologized for the situation. It all worked out very well and this customer was taken care of as soon as we got the items back in stock. We also gave them an adapater for the 510's, since they ordered the 808's and they were not in yet adn we didn't want to have to make them wait any longer.

So no, this is not a case of 'not alone'. This thread if anything shows our extreme dedication to CS. Yesterday was my 25th wedding anniversary. After my wife went quietly to bed I came on until 6am and worked up every email that came into GotVapes among other things. I work hard and Chris works hard to take care of EVERY customer. Out of thousands you may have a situation like yours where you got a regular atomizer, not an x-atomizer. You caught Chris on the road without a notepad, etc. He said he would take care of you and it slipped, not intentionally. We will take care of this but there is no need to come into a thread, which actually testifies of our good service, and pile on saying, "Wow I am not alone". This hit me very very wrong. I work too hard to the point of exhaustion and so does Chris and we do it because we LOVE it and we LOVE our customers.
