The reason I decided almost a year ago that I should buy something from you was the fact that you aren't afraid to speak your mind. I was a participant in a thread where another vendor jumped in promoting a junk product (the original giantomizer to be specific) towards some n00bs well after everyone knew that thing was junk. His motive was obvious (he still had stock to unload and who else is going to buy it but those who didn't already know it was junk?). You called him on it and said what you thought even though you don't sell any products even similar or in the same category. That was a stand up thing to do.
I'm glad you are standing up for yourself - but I'm doubly impressed at your willingness to stand up for your users and even some of your competitors. Good on you, man.
