Just wanted to say my thanks to Steve. Puresmoker was my first PV purchase, for obvious reasons on the forum's early days. I was quite pleased with my DSE901 and menthol juice, but even more happy with Steve's personal responses to my emails. Whether it be juice recommendations, or newbie questions, I always got a response. Most companies these days lack the personal touch.
To be honest, I have bought from 4 other suppliers at least once. And every time there was something out of place with my order, or DOA. And most of time I only did it because Steve was out of stock. That says a lot.
I appreciate how you conduct business, Steve and all of Pure Enterprises. My experiences with your company(and I'm sure many others as well) is better than what I would expect from a small growing market. And your innovation has shined a new light on PVs(the prodigy/protege.) Thanks. And keep up the good work!
