Member is in the Middle East where obtaining supplies is difficult.

Understand...........but considering the forum is international there may be someone who has dealt with similar conditions.

Op, when you say No one is willing to ship.....are you speaking to across the Globe or some few you have found?

Are you Fixed on DIY or simply have not found Premixed available?

Covert Ops go on in many vaping Banned Countries.

so i should smoke the chinese crap that taste like rubber tires?
lol
life is fair.

Wondering just how serious Op is.
I Vaped the Chinese(Crap) for well over a year before Trying out Many, Many Top US Suppliers with Little Success. Then I learned to DIY and after many many attempts and Much research and EDUCATION I succeeded in making a FEW flavorings I enjoy.

The actual only reason I made all the changes was Cost/Delivery.
China Cheap/Slow/possibly confiscated or returned without notice.
US (Chinese Crap)- Same e-liquids at 3x-5x pricing, or higher
US Manufactured 6x-9x Pricing or Higher

Baghdad Sux, I get that.
Maybe trying DIY, so far, Sux. I get that.
Maybe some extended Physical effort will be required.

I Have verified Glycerin AR is higher grade than USP
Most Strawberry and Banana Food Flavoring should be fine for DIY(no Oils)
Is Nic a concern? Buzz required?
Is PG a Necessity? Have you looked for PEG400?

If China Ships and you can find a Hangsen Flavor distributor, it is highly rated Flavorings. * Taste is subjective*

Whilst understanding the frustrations your having OP people have tried to help you and some of your responses are not exactly helping in getting you a sympathetic response. I know when I was looking for supplies outside of the UK in case things got very bad there were a number of Israeli company's doing pre mixed liquid and supplies for diy given they are close geologically is that an option you can investigate. Also try googling turkish ecig suppliers delivery from there should be possible also.

It's hard for some people to find juices they like the flavor of. Doesn't matter if it is Chinese or from somewhere else. I have also never heard of anyone having health issues from Chinese juices. Vaping as we know it was originally developed and brought to market in China which means they have been making juice longer than anyone else.

When I started vaping in 2012 I vaped a bunch of different juices. The cheapest back then was around $3 for 10 ML and the most expensive was around $10. I think prices are around the same now, but there might be a bit more range in the numbers. If you don't vape all the time a 30 ML bottle of juice could easily last you a week which I think could be cheaper than your hookah use. I never found price made any difference in the quality of a juice or to if I would like the flavor.

You've got some great advice in this thread. Definitely check out the forum @retired1 linked to. The DIY e_liquid forum is here. That is an active forum with a bunch of very knowledgeable folks in it.

Ultimately though you are in a difficult place for vaping. For you to succeed IMO you will have to be resourceful both in learning how vaping works and in getting supplies. There is also more to vaping than smoking unless someone uses pre-filled cartridges, but they are more expensive and it's harder to find higher performance with them.

Best of luck with it aalmosawi, whatever you decide to do though I do hope you will succeed in the end :thumb:

Good point Rizzyking :). I know of Yaeliq in Islrael. Don't know if this will help @aalmosawi, but it can't hurt.

Many have tried helping him in other threads, myself included. Not only is there the problem of supplies and his location, but I think there's a language/understanding barrier as well with some of it. No one's fault though, just is what it is. I unfortunately couldn't find any other way to explain what I was trying to help him with, so I hoped someone else could get it across better maybe. Check other threads.

The language difference can be quite a problem. There are words and phrases in any given language that do not translate well into other languages, not to mention slang. Heck, I am a member of a couple of Facebook groups where many members are from the UK, Australia, New Zealand, etc. We all speak the same language, in theory, yet I am always seeing posts requesting translations of certain words, phrases, slang expressions, etc. The current owner and property manager of the house that we are renting are Chinese. English is the fourth language of the property manager, and I am not sure where English fits into the owner's language dexterity. Their English is very good, but I started using text messages rather than phone calls if I have to communicate with them, just so that we all have a chance to read things over several times and get on the same page. Sentence structure, as well as vocabulary, can cause misunderstandings.

I hope the OP can find a viable solution to his problem.
