that spongee material in carts

so what is it really. instead of buying new carts...what is that material and can i replace just that to hold my juice instead of buying new carts. btw i have a ego and i use the mega atomizer type b with the mega cart. since thats how i got my ego when i bought it. so far ive been cleaning out the prefilled ones i got with the kit and using my own juice in them and its working for me that way. but i know it will eventually get burnt out. so i was wondering if there was just a way of replacing that special spongee material in the mega cart for the egos. man i love my ego. and ive been off analogs for a good week now. i know ive been vaping more. but i think this will eventually have me vape less thru time.

i've never seen an Ego (in person) but blue foam should work. you can pick up the Marineland foam (which is what blue foam is) at Petco or other pet stores in the fish filter area. it comes in a pack with a couple of sheets that will last damn near forever. do a search on here or youtube about it and you will find plenty of info on how to cut it.

I use fluval...you can get it at petsmart or petco. On the box it says Fluval water polishing pad. There is also a blue foam method, but I'm not that well informed on that one.

The stock filler is a polyester fiber like that for stuffing pillows, but untreated for fire resistance. A bag from Walmart would last you and your great grandchildren for quite awhile.

Tea bag mods are very popular (basically, that's cannibalizing tea bag material--less the tea--into use a the filler material; look at one of these: YouTube - tea bag mod)

Polyfill from Walmart, Fluval from your pet store of choice, or look into ZFM (Zero Filler Mods) options. Or if you are comfortable could just get into dripping.

Though dripping and driving isn't always ideal.
(Depends on where you are, traffic, etc...)
