Ya the only thing I don't like about the smooth is how it's identical to the prodigy finish. I liked the smooth at first, but when I tried out the krinkle one i was like...hmmmmmm...I do actually prefer the kringle over the smooth
The vote is practically split down the middle at this point...maybe offering a choice of finish would be the best way.
I wouldn't buy two straight off...but a few weeks or months down the line, it could be a possibility...

Smart idea. I'd still get a smooth one. I saw the Chuck with a krinkled finish and thought it looked like a sex toy. I want something sexy, not sexual...
I can't picture crinkle .. In fact, I can't picture ANY of it .. has there been I picture that I missed ?
The adapter(sold seperately) is the only problem with doing two different finishes. Lets see how the rest of this thread goes.... still have a few days before powder coating
to tell the truth .. my favorite thing about the prodigy was the smooth black coat .. and besides, I have the feeling it won't look anything like the prodigy.
Yeah, the Chuck and Mako both offer the crinkle look and it's not that attractive.
A matte, bead-blasted finish in black sure would look nice though.

Just finish the thing so we all can buy one! even if its is half the performer as the SB its still worth owning! I cant find one thing that i dont like about mine (even the finish) so I am sure the BB will be just as great!
If you're still taking votes on the finish, I vote for smooth or just a silver BB (no finish).
