OK, got my juice today. I ordered apple, watermelon/raspberry and mystery flavor in 24mg.
First impressions:
-Shipping was very quick. Impressed by that.
-Packaging was sufficient. Small bubble envelope. I like that it's small enough to fit in my "mailbox".
-The mystery bottle leaked a tiny bit. I'm not really sure how that happened, because you can tell they've taken extra caution to make sure the bottles don't leak by sealing them.
Overall, my first impressions were good and certainly good enough.
The next step, trying out the juices. Unfortunately it took me about 15 minutes to even be able to use the juice because of the bottles. What were you thinking here? The bottles are SO hard that they're near impossible to squeeze. This might pass if they had dropper lids, but they have the lids that you press down on one side to open. Kinda like that clear hand sanitizer stuff. Everybody else uses dropper bottles for a reason.
I needed to find some empty bottles and put this stuff in there, because the bottles are so bad. PLEASE do something about this. I don't care if these are more cost effective for you or not. It's a major problem.
Now what it really comes down to, the juice. All three of the juices I got smell amazing. They're cloudy, which seems a little strange, but I'm over it.
I decided to try the mystery flavor first. It's very good. Minimal throat hit, but it tastes good. I'm not going to guess what it is yet. There is throat hit, but it just isn't very strong. It doesn't really taste like what it smells like. Overall, I'd give this a 8/10 and I don't even know what it tastes like!
Next, I tried the raspberry/watermelon. This was the best smelling out of the bunch (to me...), and I was suprised to have it taste just like it smelled. This tastes great. Definitely one of the tastiest I've tried over the past 5 or so months. Again, great vapor, but not super strong throat hit. It's stronger than the mystery. It's just enough so you know it's there, but not enough to choke you. Overall, I'd give this a 9/10.
Lastly, apple. Pretty much the same comments on this as the others. It tastes great and produces a lot of vapor. Throat his is stronger than the others. If I had to give a perfect 10/10 to any juice on the market, this would be it. It's absoutely amazing.
Overall, this was a very positive experience. I wanted to try your juice, not your bottles. I can't take too much away from you guys as a whole because of that. When it really comes down to the important part, the juice, you guys are a winner.
Vapor was impressive for all 3 flavors. Note QUITE as much as NHaler HV, but way more than your average juice. This is a huge plus for me. Flavor was great for all 3 also. Again, a huge plus. Throat hit is my only concern, and even that is just a tiny complaint. I prefer a strong throat hit, and none of these gave that to me, but they did give me ENOUGH of a throat hit.
If you rethought your bottles and lids (these are also the reason for the leaking) and expanded flavors a little (as I know you are), I could see your company really taking off and emerging as one of the top notch juice suppliers in the US.
Great job on the juices, but I can't re-iterate enough how terrible these bottles are.
