Dead battery is a defective part, HELLOOOOO!!! and the $8 carts don't last as long as safe cig nor do they vape as good as many friends have told me, and the batts dont last as long.......puff it !!!!

Dead battery isn't a defective part unless it's brand new and never been used or else used very little, but you'll find that out when you try to replace yours (or else they wouldn't be selling replacements for $30 on their website)

btw: for $35 you can get a complete 510 starter kit including 2 batteries.

I'm going to agree with MrHyde here. I think the kr808d-1 from vapor4life is a great "first" ecig experience. They have tons of flavored cartos. They fall short a little in customer service but their ecigs are really easy to use and work great. I made the mistake of ordering the greensmoke and it is honestly a joke and ridicously overpriced in my opinion.

I started with the safe cig. It was enough to get me off the analogs but that was it. They are down right criminal. They have outrageous claims on their products. Battery is suppose last 4-5 hours or 2-3 depending on vaping. and there cartos are equal to 250 tp 300 drags around a pack of smokes.

LOL i was getting an hour out of their batts. and was using 2-3 cartos a day. They discourage you from refilling there cartos. The mouth end is glued in making it harder to refill. They just want you to use their prefills until they are out then toss them. If you are into that good for you. But you only want to smoke their nasty tobacco flavors? im guessing that is all you have tried? You could be filling those carts (as safecig calls them),with you own juice 5 or 6 times before you toss or wash them. Then you will be saving money. I mean come on you dont recognize bs when you hear it?

right off the website.

"It is against company policy to sell the E-liquid by itself to customers. High dose's of nicotine by itself can be extremely harmful. Each of our cartridges are filled in laboratories with the precise amount of e-liquid. We highly recommend that you stick to our system. Compared to the price of a traditional pack of cigarettes, you are saving about 80%. "
tell that to every user on here who is refilling carts, cartos, tanks, dripping, etc etc,. Im not even going to get into DIY juice.

with the help of our engineers, have extended our battery life by 50% (more than any of our competitors around the world). Yes that's correct, 50% more battery life! Our batteries have a 3.7 volt ion lithium pack inside each cylinder that keeps The Safe Cig charged and ready. This is the same type of battery that powers some of the top-of-the-line smart phones we use every day.
hahahaha tell that to my _______ which outperforms it in every way. fill in with whatever you like

listen i was just like you. That is probably the first site i found too. And for a while i was stubborn to and defended it pretty hard. But i know now I GOT SUCKERED!!

But hey you are on the right website now thats the good news. Just start going through the wealth of information and you will come to realize im sure.Good luck! which safecig kit did you buy?

Not saying its better, saying it's good, apart from the fact they have had no refills for a week and everyone is ...... off, see i give u the whole truth, on their Fb page they have cancelled comments cos i'm givin them a hard time, the product is still good but i am givin them the benefit of the doubt when they say the wait for refills is cos they have had to hire 80 more employees to cope with the demand. From what people have said they have improved the product since the begining in 1997.

any defective battery no matter how long u have it gets replaced, and for the last time the cap is not glued!!! Jesus christ man i have opened mine, they are not glued!!!! My battery lasts me at LEAST 7 hours.Any responsible company knows not to encourage peeps to break the product apart, even if they know peeps do.

NO NO a responsible company doesn't lie about there products. Lets take another company who actually has some good reviews.
The Bloog is very similar to your safe cig. It looks like a cigarette and has two parts.BUT they sell blank cartos that you can refill. Also ALL there cartos come with a loose rubber mouth piece. That you can remover with you fingers NO tools. They have adapted to meet customer needs. How much did you safe cig cost. did you get a charger case with that? a usb pass-through? oh you didnt and still payed more than the bloog?

Im not trying to sell you a bloog but i have had both. The Bloog out preforms the safe cig in every category, and is cheaper. If one safe cig battery last you 7 hours. Then one bloog would last you a weekend.

I'm agreeing with you, it sounds like it's satisfying you and keeps you from smoking and that's all that matters.

BUT: like I mentioned in an earlier post one of the problems with these over-priced companies is that they make sure you are stuck with their product (an over-priced product) by making sure that you can't get refill or replacement parts anywhere else and now you are experiencing the real price you pay for that. If you had purchased the much less expensive kr808d-1, you'd be logged onto any one of maybe a hundred vendors that sell replacement cartos and receiving your new cartos in just a couple of days.

Safe Cig tell users not to refill carts AND they have a lifetime warranty on the batteries, so what other parts??? It only has 2 parts, the cart and the lifetime warranty battery. In ur pipe and smoke it!!!
Too expensive? $2.50 a cart, it's not bad!!!

$1.00 to $1.50 a cart is the going price for 510 cartos. You also have to look at how much juice is being put into the carts. Carts are their money maker.

If you read the fine print on that site, you will find that they warrant things for defects. Normal death of a battery is not a defect. it's more like bald tires, they have a life. When the battery will no longer take a full charge, its life is over and so is the lifetime warranty. It's not your lifetime that's warranted, it's the life of the product.

i can refill, either using the old carts or buying rn4081's

A newbie who is clueless and too inexperienced to realize that there are easily 50-60 better PV's than his and most of those will cost much less. Have you even tried any other PV? - 510, kr808, eGo, VGO, GLV2, Riva a good 5 volt or variable volt PV? You probably don't even know what we are talking about. Do you know anything about batteries and what their limitations are?
