I haven't seen much in terms of reviews for this 26650 mod. Anybody know if the different switch is an improvement over the old recessed switch?

Well I got it and the switch ain't bad. It's got an easy spring but the locking ring can get stuck every now and than. It won't fire if don't lock it. But it can unscrew a little if you keep locking and unlocking. Kinda like the M16 can, but you have to screw it in from the contact side and hold the switch which is a pain. Gone see if I can't take this a part and add magnets.

It is about as tall as a nemesis in 18650 mode. And it's got some weight to it. I used it all day and when I picked up my brass nemesis I thought I forgot to put a battery in it.

The adjustable pin is a pin within a pin. I am not thrilled with this but I'll get over it. I wish the pins had gnarling because I had to use pliers to unscrew the top pin so I could get the atomizer flush. And I had to fiddle with the bottom pin to get rid of the gap from the cap to the body.

Overall I like the 26650 form factor. The mnke 26650 lasted me the whole day! I got a Sony 26650 as well and they have very good battery life.

It's a solid mechanical mod.
