All I have is At&T home phone service and long distance, all I have ever had, that is not the point. I would think that a company like this would want to use a modern e-mail service for customer service, it would cost me nothing but a few e-mails. Maybe next year, I can get it fixed.

I'm really not trying to give you a hard time, I was just not aware that anyone paid for long distance anymore. What phone service do you have?

Well I guess there is no e-mail kind of customer service at billet box vapor, they said I have to call them. and the message they sent me was a noreply e-mail, I have to make a long distance phone call, just to find out if it needs to go in for repair, I don't have the cash right now for that. I am not happy!:mad:

And the ONLY thing I can think of now is have you tried stretching the negative contact out a bit? I do that when I clean them.

This is a very strange issue for sure.

The purple one may be calling my name - then again I love the lighter blue too! and if that was the blue one they had up this past week I may be holding it now!) - hubby digs the green one :D

That purple one really grabbed me, too. I'm nuts for purple. :D It's so... regal! :D

I am just the opposite. I would much prefer to talk with someone. I haven't paid for long distance for well over 10 years. There are much better less expensive phone services out there that include long distance. Most people never even think about long distance anymore.

One of my Billet Boxes didn't work when I received it. I called, left a message, they called me back and it was corrected very quickly.

I'd much rather communicate in writing than by phone, but I have to agree... I had no idea that long distance was even a thing anymore. Leave it to AT&T to still be charging for something that everyone else offers for free. :facepalm:
