Pure bliss. Love mine. BTW, be sure you have purchased some protected AW 16340 batteries and plenty of standard resistance / standard length cartos. I just grabbed some more batteries from rtd vapors and used the ecf5 coupon. Also Sure Vapes has great deals on cartos...slotted are awesome.

Hey mate, I've got 100 pre punched boges, 4 16340s, and another charger. I'll be sure to check out those suppliers when I need some extras. I made sure I had enough gear to keep me busy.

You must of got down on your knees and begged. I give up. Wasted so much time trying to get one. I have 10 boge cartos and 4 AW 16340 batteries for sale on aussie vapour. 45 bucks for all. I purchased the Innokin VTR to hold me over for a year. Hopefully Doug will have his business up and running by then. Good on ya Mate!

Doug will do anything he can to help mate. Pm him and I'm sure he will try and help.

You've got the gear. I'd suggest pulling down the thread and get in touch with him. There is another run early October I believe.

It looks so nice with clear juice.

edit: SR Boge 3.0 from vaporkings.com. Ten boxes of five for $39.05 with code vkbc, will last you all year. I punch my hole with a siam mods carto punch, one hole for 50/50 juice works great in my BB and my phiniac tank.

HA... uhhh yahhh,,, first my balls, now this... wow j, just wow... anywhooo, looks great, I'm like'n that bevel the punch adds, no chance of accidentally cuttin' an O-ring.. really didn't know that punch could produce such a large juice entry location (see how i said that and kept it clean), most do just a dinky little poke...

That does seem to make a surprisingly large juice-hole, compared to the punches I've tried. Tempted to pick one of those V2's up.

Hate to spend dosh when my self-slotted ones work so well, but I can see some advantage to pre-filling and carrying a spare capped carto, punching it just before it's needed. . . .

Hey, I am not the one talking about a dinky little poke....hahaha.

My punch is sharp and leaves tiny holes, but what I like is the small dimple since a large one could cause a leak if it is close to an o-ring.

Same here. I tend to punch mine pretty low, like in nailPuppy's pic, and dimples there can end up being messy.

I think the dimple size isn't much of a problem because that carto punch has a nice reinforced area that you slide the carto into while poking it. Since its surrounded by metal it really can't deform too much, certainly less than you would get by using a saddle valve or something. So long as the base of the carto lines up with the base of the punch before you screw it down the hole will be lined up properly so you can use almost the entire tank of juice.

I've never had problems with either carto flooding or dry hits, so I guess the one bigger hole works. I've even hot-swapped cartos with a full tank and not lost more than a drop or two of juice. Actually, last week I did have a leak during a hotswap but I might have been a little high and forgot I was in the middle of swapping cartos while playing GTA5. I'll blame that one on general loss of concentration, not dimple size.

Either way if it ain't broke don't fix it.

Sure, I have some cartos with a large laser cut hole and the big slot with no flooding or issues either. And I was not really referring to deforming the carto, simply the larger the dimple, the further you must be from the o-ring, obviously. I try to get my liquid intake "holes" as close to the bottom of the tank as possible. The smaller dimple just lets me get it closer. But I do have to make more than one (usually 3), where you can get away with one. So it's a trade off.

Of course, if it isn't broke, don't fix it. But you can't tell that to a modder and a tweaker....haha.

Edit...well after you posted those pics, it really is a small dimple relative to the size of the e juice "hole". Looked larger in the tank. What brand of punch is that?

Siam Mods Carto Punch v2

I got mine from phiniac.com since I was ordering a tank, figured buying a cheaper punch elsewhere + shipping would be roughly what that punch cost anyway. Now I'm glad I spent the extra little $$, it has more than paid for itself in the last 18 months. It is only $11.99 from Clouds of Vapor rather than $15 from Phiniac. I think quite a few different vendors carry siam mods products, their tank tool is equally awesome.
