Also, aligning the air holes with the wick holes. Not sure if they are all off, but mine are not indexed to each other.

mine are pretty right on, literally just to the rear half or either wick. As tierrataz said "Neither are mine, close though.".

I actually drilled out ONE of my holes to 1/16", the side you could technically do 2 wicks on, and it hits like a champ. It IS an airy draw, but I really prefer it and get tons more vapor. I think if you did both though it would be too much. With the wicks on opposing sides (2) it is perfect IMHO, I tried both on the one side and it was almost too much once I opened up the air hole. Also remember, I'm running 2 coils/wicks at about 1.8-2 ohm per coil for a .8-1.0 atty on an unregulated mod. Uneven alignment of the airholes doesnt seem to be any issue now (not sure it was before either)

@vapor2112 I'll be up there next week if you care to try it.

Regardless, I just HOPE any modifications leave leave the parts interchangeable with the current version. Otherwise there will be confusion and difficult to get parts etc for our existing ones.

for anybody wanting another leaking/o-ring fix even if temporary, I just threw an o-ring under the top cap:

absolutely no leaks:

it does make a space:

I don't mind too much about the space, now it matches my G-Tank :

Oh yeah, I finally got around to making a dual coil, nailed it on the first try!!!!.........holy geez guys!!!!!! I ended up with 2 "7/8" coils of 34g, total came out to 1.8ohms. Running it at 5.1v on the Provari. This is the most vapor I have ever seen out of a device!!!! I can't understand how you super-high-watt, 5+amp vapers can even handle it. This thing knocks me out!!!

This is the first time in almost 3 years of vaping that I have actually said to myself "....damn, that's good, that's too good.......so good I don't think I could do that all day, that might just be for special occasions...."

I need mine drilled, hesitant to use hand held drill with titanium bit though. The cap is so thick. Did you do it that way or drill press.

honestly, I did it with a hand drill and went very slow with a titanium nitrite coated bit keeping it well lubricated the whole time. I was kind of surprised how easily it went through. Obviously remove it from the rest of the unit first ;) haha A drill press is definitely the ideal solution, but I guarantee you can't tell mine from one that was done in a drill press. If you are proficient with a hand drill and frequently "do projects" you should be fine. I'll post pix later tonight.

if you have any questions PM me. this isn't something you can really undo so make sure you want to do it and the airy draw wont upset you. I have made holes in mods too big before and my only recourse was finding a roll-pin that would fit in (then cut it to length) and re-constrict the air flow.

One of the ways I test a hole size, i use a piece of pipe about the same size as the mod i want to drill, put a hole in it, put my hand over one end and mouth over the other and pull. if its too airy, the hole is too large.

Jayson, what exactly are the revisions?

Also, do you have any idea of the timeframe for the titanium?

Just a slightly shorter top cap. But they vape like a dream. Titanium will go in to production sometime in the next couple of weeks. I will provide updates as I have them.
