Mike is going to do some testing and if he wants to give instructions and permission to do the mod, that will be up to him. I do not mean to insult anyone's skill level and most here could do it just fine, but I don't want to be responsible so I've passed it along to Mike 
I was having trouble with 510 cartos so I checked the thread of the carto and noticed that the thread was 1mm longer than the positive post. So I simply filed down the thread and the post by 2 mm, filed a new air line on the positive post and now it screws in perfectly and works great.
Pics? Which vendor did you get the cartos from and the same for the adapter? Just trying to get a small database of what works out of the box and what needs tweaked.

about the juicers... when I first hooked mine up.. I attached the atty and cart and took a toot, and took a toot and thought well this is a piece of >>>>. HAHA the juicer has a cap that you push DOWN to get the juice to flow.. it is not a suck and draw.. I felt so dumb but wanted to share in the hopes someone would get a chuckle.
Ya it was pretty funny, but now that I have it working I love it, prefer the glass bottle and much sturdier than the little 3ml plastic feeders

The VVPV is in a redesign phase , the molds for the original design were WAY to much $$$

Sorry, don't have camera. Got the cartos in a 30 pack from China. The adapter was ordered from notcigs.
I'm #97. It's official. Can't wait. And since Buzz is improving this thing with everyone he makes, that means mine is better than 96 on down. Haha. (sorry guys I've just been listening to you guys brag for awhile- my turn)

So im about to shoot another vid full review of my buzz and i again want to say how impressed i am..... This PV truely is awesome
I have found soooo many new sweet spots between 4.5-5v and 5-6 volts its unreal
Right now im at 4.7 later i might get crazy and switch it to 5.67 lol all while not changing my batts and within seconds and then and then and then
Did i mention how awesome this pv is????????????
