The only issue I have with using an e-cigarette is the darned thing doesn't go out. When I smoked the stinkies at least when the smoke got to the end you butted it,waited a while then lit another. With these e-cigs they don't,I keep on puffing and puffing.I find the only time I'm not using it is when I'm outside working in the yard, eating or sleeping.I'm propably getting more nicotene than I ever did with the stinkies.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I chain vaped like crazy when I first stopped smoking. I think it's normal - the brain is desperately trying to fill that "smoking" void. The right flavor can help (or, as happened to me, can make it worse - it tasted so good it was hard to stop!)

4 months in and I am slowing down a bit... still chain vape at times, but I'm not worried about it. It's all good.

I'd say you're doing good considering smoking & vaping aren't done the same way. I'm constantly vaping (like yourself & I've been at it almost 2 yrs) unless I'm sleeping or got caught up in something that took 100% of my attention. [HASHTAG]#VapeOn[/HASHTAG]!

I had the same thing when I started vaping. If I vape inside, I chain vape. I sort of solved it by only vaping outside. I do, however, chain vape while driving...instead of fighting it, I bought a subtank plus so I don't have to refill as much. lol. If you can't beat 'em...

One of the things I've found that has been helpful is simply keeping my PV in another room when I'm at home. This forces me to vape in sessions, rather than just sitting there idly blowing clouds all evening.

I've also recently discovered some perks to no-nic, 100% VG as a juice option. If I want to sit back and blow O's, I drip flavourless! No guilt! No nicotine hangover! Best of all, it seems to work as a palate cleanser, refreshing my taste buds for when I want to get my fix and vape something tasty. Highly recommended.
