The coast seems clear in New York and DC

Traveled from NYC to DC overnight - spent an hour in a quiet bar on the west side of midtown before getting the train, vaped my head off and no one said a word. Vaped on the train without attracting any attention as well.

Sitting in a DC Starbucks now vaping like crazy and sucking down my coffee two tables away from five off-duty cops. Not a word in my direction so far.

I've had the same experience in NYC. Vaped at a busy restaurant/bar with enough waiters to notice and no one even blinked. I get looks in Philly and people try to avoid the vape if I accidently don't blow it away when walking down the street.
