Start getting the incubator set up 2-3 days before they arrive. Shipped eggs you should let rest for a few hours before setting. I unpack mine and set them in cartons for 6-12 hours before setting. Shipping can shake them up pretty good. I also after the 21 days leave the ones that don't hatch in a few more days you may get some late comers. Sometimes if the temps off they will be early or late. Above all just have fun.
