ok guys, keep this one clean, no insulting people around

I'm loving the EXPERIENCE of the reo and learning to go by taste, instead of worrying too much about volts, watts, drop, etc

still, spent 9 months with Gennies and sub-ohms, cleaning threads, exposing fresh metal, etc etc

so I wanted to check on my new Sony batteries

yesterday I built a .5 ohm mini coil with gage 26

Checking it now, after 4 ~ 5 m of liquid passed through it, the Vamo is telling me it sits at .7 ohm

Drained once more my Sonys 30A to 2.9 volts, charged them, put it on place

I'm registering 3.63 Volts at the posts

Ohm's Law gives us 3.63*3.63/.7 = 18.82 watts

two tenths below 19 watts!

A kick 2 goes up to 15 watts

DNA20D does 20

(given, the last two devices are consistent watts, instead of battery dependent)

I have not applied Noalox (don't have any)
I have not cleaned this REO (just got it two days ago)

Here are pics, they are very fuzzy as holding the voltimeter, pushing button and shooting pics ain't easy for just one person

regards!

pd.: voltimeter initially registered 3.65 volts, but seems to be stable at 3.63

Thanks for posting your findings D. Dude, you seem to be diggin on your REO and its respective vape capabilities as much as I do.

Yay-yuuuuh. Rock on.

Shot thru cyberspace with my iGun :)

I sure do!

just bought a kick 2 with 15% from AltSmoke (sold out now) for the little fella

not, Reo + kick 2 is my 99% perfect device! (perfection being Reo + kick 2 + 18650 instead of 18500)

And you guys were right, now I'm waiting like crazy for someone else to visit and bring me my second REO :(

But I confess, I'm digging my new YK1 RDA as much as I do the RM2, just bought a second one for modding for bottom feeding

Finally a decent thread about this subject. Lets see how long it last that way.
First congrats on finding your almost perfect vape. 99% is awful close to perfection. Give it a few more days and it will be at 100%.
I really like my Reo's, but I do carry different mods along with it. Why? you may ask. Because I can. Haven't met a pv yet that I truly hated. :)

of the ones I owew. just the Vamo, nothing more than a glorified ohm reader imo

While I'll agree with your statement about the Vamo!. (I've owned a V1 and a V2, which were both junk IMHO.) I didn't hate either of them. Just the folks that produced them. PV's and APV's don't do anything to make us mad or hate. It's the money grabbing folks that mass manufacture them that we should ??????????????????? Dislike a whole lot. Yea that's politically correct I think. You get my drift.
And it wasn't even good at reading Ohms either. :2c:

at least it reads below .8 ohm, unlike my provari :/

Drop the voltage down as far as it will go on the Provari. I stopped using sub ohm on all my VV devices and WON'T go below 1 ohm on anything. YMMV

tnt, I don't use below 1.2 ohms (normally I go for 1.5 ohms) on the provari

But somehow my multimeter stopped measuring ohms. Now I use the Vamo just to check on my sub-ohm builds before moving to a mechanical

Since I go for .5 to .7 on these the provari just doesn't cut it

it's the only use I have for the Vamo at the moment

Bummer on the Multi meter man. I can understand the Vamo for a meter in that case. After all you can get a Vamo cheaper than you can a decent meter.
