Yeah im on day 4-5 with my first cart and I can definitely tell its time to clean or switch carts. It started tasting a little burnt and less flavorful.

What juice are you using EchoNC? That's not so good if this is what others are experiencing. It's too soon for me to tell. I'm on day 5 rotating 3 cartos with different flavors. If memory serves, johnnybass got like 230ml through a carto with no maintenance. The more I use the echo, the more I like it. The batteries last me really long and I top up once a day. NO more juice on my hands which is how it's been the last 15 months.

Try pushing the filler in the carto down so it seats at the bottom of the carto shell. There may be some shrinkage of the filler. In many cases this will return the flavor/vapor/etc to the carto.

Ok. I am in love with whoever started the Echo craze! I just got mine. Only been vaping him for 2 hours but oh my God! I have never vaped like this! The flavor is amazing. It's warm and perfect. I love the draw! I want to see how it holds up. Would be great if I could get a week out of a carto even with a cleaning. I'm just so pumped right now with how much better it is then my ego-t. I haven't used to conversion kit to use on my ego batteries yet but will try that out soon. Just so happy right now. I hope it lasts!

im on day 4 now with my carto...and STILL vaping good!
it seems to me that if you are vaping a juice with much sweetener, it will cut the carto life dramatically (in half i would say).
ive been using only honeysuckle in this carto (from kbv) and its stunningly good, all day vape easily.
i have NO IDEA how that guy was able to run almost 300ml through one carto without maintenance...in fact, i flat out dont believe it. i can refill mine 5 times, 6 tops....thats roughly 30 ml.....in order to get 250 ml through a carto is what, 84 refills? crazy if you ask me but...lets see if he chimes in.

The chrome doesn't pick up finger prints like some stainless do. They stay shiny with just an occasional wipe off! So did you get a manual 1300 ?:2cool::vapor:

I found a bargain on a 1000mah true 3.7 in black with gold trim. The black/gold/chrome combo looks pretty classy. After hearing the complaints about the 9 hour charge time on the 1300's I decided against that.

And I sure am glad you explained the difference between true 3.7 and regulated 3.7. True 3.7 really is a superior vape. Amazing that such a small difference in voltage makes such a big difference in performance. My regulated 3.7's are getting dusty now.

Well, my carto broke. Looks like there isn't any damage, so I might try to clean and rebuild it (and unfortunately loose at least 2ml of juice). Some hi-res pics if anyone is interested.

Did you drop it or did it just fall apart?

Neither. Had the echo in my shirt pocket and my massive muscular pecks apparently bent it at the right point, and the cap slid off the o-rings at the base of the carto. I reach in there to grab my echo and realize "This isn't right!". Apparently they didn't use an adhesive to attach the shell to the base. If this is the case on all the cartos, might make it easier for those looking to rebuild theirs.

Yep seeing is believing on that much through one carto. The least I ever got on a Go-Go was ten days and that is the only one I kept track of. I'm on day five with this one and it is still good although the draw might be tightening up a little. I don't think they are going to last as long as the Go-cartos but if they don't I'm going to have to learn to clean and rebuild. lol I love this auto battery and the looks. The Go-cartos do work on these with the 808/Go-go adaptor but don't look as sharp as the cone carto.

Has anyone figured out why there are two different boxes for the Echo starter kits? One looks blue/black and the other one looks gold/black.

No, I was curious about that myself. All three of mine came with the black and gold boxes but I have seen blue ones too. I got each of mine from different suppliers.

Hangsen has picks of both on their site. I'm guess there was a change in production or marketing. I've noticed a couple of other manufactures using a gold/black theme, so they are probably playing copy-cat...

That happened to my first one, only mine broke. I had it in my front pocket of my jeans when I was moving and it bent and broke off.
