I've been using echo e cartos on my eGo. I have been altenating between 3 of them to see how long they last. One has clear menthol juice, the 2nd has semi-clear strawberry kiwi, the 3rd has dark colored French toast juice. The taste iseems to be the same as on my Boge 2.0's.

I don't know how many ml's I vape per day, but I vape constantly from waking up til I get in bed at night. I go through about 1 1/2 full charges on my 900mah batts. It's been a week so far, trying to use these 3 cartos exclusively, and flavor and vapor are still consistent. I am keeping them really wet with frequent topping off.

We'll see how long they last...

Does anyone know how many ohm's these are?

Mine are checking in at 2.9-3.1 ohms... running well so far!

I've never had any bad taste on any of mine yet although they don't last as long as the Go-carts. My last one lasted seven days vaping it exclusively. The shortest time I had on a Go-Go was 10 days before needing cleaning. I'm probably not as particular as some are as far as taste is concerned but I haven't had any bad tasting carts, they just begin to start getting a stiffer draw and vapor decreases after several days. The 100 refill claim is out the window though but I doubted that claim from the beginning. I love mine though and it is the best overall PV I've tried in 18 months.:vapor:

I suppose 7 days is not too bad if you get them at a good price. So theoretically alternating 4 cartos with different flavors should last a month. txtumbleweed, how many mls do you think you put through it?

Maybe 100 refills if you refill with a drop at a time

Taste is subjective as we all know. Personally speaking, these cartos aren't going to work. I do have hope that the adapter will work well so I can continue using the batteries with my Boges and duals. Has anyone tried using an adapter and 510 gear on these automatic batteries? I'd love to hear how that went. :)

yes a 808/901 to 510 works fine. i have one and it works ok.

Hmmmm...got me thinking now. Except for the 1st fill, I seldom do a complete fill, just topping off continually to keep 'em wet. How do you define a refill?

I vape mine pretty low and usually get 2.5 to 3 ml in a refill. That is the reason I buy big cartos. If you refill all the time you are just as well off using smaller cheaper cartos.

I refill until I get a drop out the bottom and let it set a few minutes to let any overfill drain out and then vape away. I usually get 10 -12 hrs of steady vaping on a carto.

Yeah, I tried it again this morning. I can't deal with the whatever the taste is. I'll take the filler out today and wash it out and try again. If that doesn't do it, I don't think I can use these cartos...but...I love the batteries and ordered adapters to use my other cartos on them and I certainly hope it works so I can keep enjoying the batteries. :)

Have you tried using a different carto? Maybe you just got a bad one. Maybe they got some glue on or near the coil and that's why you're getting that nasty taste/smell.

I've been using my echo-e carto for 2 days now and haven't had any nasty taste. My taste/smell is pretty sensitive to chemical type stuff, and aside from a very slight metallic taste (which I also experience in a 2.5 ohm joye 510 atty when dripping) the flavor is better than dripping my 510 atty (though a bit cooler and smoother).

I use about the same amount of mah per day using a Riva true 3.7v (not the joy/janty ~3.4v). The reason I make this distinction is I have found that a fully charged 750mah Riva lasts me 9 hrs. and a 650mah Janty lasts me 13 hrs. The difference is because the Riva puts out more voltage and runs down faster.

Anyway, using the Riva, I go through about the same mah/day as you, and I vape about 3.4 ml per day. So if your 900mah batteries are true 3.7v you probably use about the same amount of juice (depending on the ohms of your atty). I drip std ohm joyes (510 & 306) to get the 3.4ml. When using carts on the 510 atty I seem to use less juice. If you use lower resistance attys you probably use more juice than me. If your batts are joye/janty you probably use less juice.

Thank you. I was pretty sure I wasn't the first person to break one of these down and photograph it.

Bianca, How much glycerine are you using in your liquid?
I put 100% VG juice in one and had that nasty taste the first day. I could smell it through the connector. The one I'm using all PG or a milder mix isn't giving me that problem. I think the glycerine is reacting somehow.

You're the best! Thanks for letting me know. :)

Yes, I did try a second one. It was actually worse than the first one. One was black, one was chrome and they came from two different places. It's pretty clear to me that I can't vape with them. I seem to be one of just a few who get the off taste.

I do love the batteries and now that I know I can use an adapter with them, I anxiously await my adapters to arrive. :)

The first one had 80/20vg the second one is 90/10vg.

sorry to hear about the problems

I just got mine from you this morning, and I'm very happy. First, your service and shipping time were great. I don't have any taste issues at all, and everything is working great. My biggest problem so far has been looking for that button to push and there not being one. I'm amazed at how well this automatic battery works, and I frankly didn't know what to expect. So far - GREAT! and Thanks Again!

Actually only a few are having any problems. I'm still lovin mine. The cartos aren't lasting as long as I hoped before needing cleaned but at 3.00 ea. I can live with that. The vapor and flavor are very good and the 3.5 Ml carto last me about 10-12 hours before refilling The auto battery is awesome and makes vaping much more enjoyable for me.:vapor::2cool:

I got the Chrome Echo from Johnnybass and I've been vaping the same carto for 10 hours now. I don't have any bad taste or strange smells at all. I'm using one of my favorite juices, and I'd have to say that the taste is somewhat superior in the Echo so far when compared to my GoGos and Ego-Ts. I'll let everyone know if things change once I get the Echos used more. In case it might matter to someone, I'm using vanilla peppermint in a 75% PG / 25% VG mix. I don't use any heavy VG mixes and have no idea if that might have something to do with bad taste issues.

i have gone through maybe 10 echo cartos by now and im yet to have one that has an off/foul taste to it. they are performing well altho i wish i could get more refills per carto. i also think these cartos are somewhat sensitive to what kind of liquid you put through it. i just changed a carto after vaping 4 ml/day through it for 6 days, using clear unsweetened juice. if i use a darker sweet liquid i get 3 days, max.
that being said, i do love the echo and its my main pv.
