I just wanted to say that I have the Stealth from Victoria fully in rotation now. It has been having zero issues. Maybe it just needed to be broken in. I don't know. I'm glad I lost if for awhile and didn't send it back.

Is it stealth and regulated?

Nope. It's from that original batch she had that were funny. It holds it's charge better now and the unresponsive draw it had that would develop the moment it dropped to 3.7v is gone. I still don't let it drain much beyond that but with the 10 second cutoff I can still use it even as it get's low if I'm somewhere where I can't swap it out. But I no longer use DCCs or anything below 2.4 ohms on my echos so that may have played a factor in the quick voltage drop originally.

Dennis from Mtn Vapor sent me an email yesterday. He is just waiting for a response from Hangsen on the possibility of 2.5 ohm echomizers. Just as the 3.0 version range from 2.8 to 3.2 I expect them to come 2.4 to 2.8 from the factory if and when they do come. Anyone wants to contact their favorite vendor should do so. The more it gets requested, the better. I will do the same.

Always looking on the site. I just posted a link a few posts back. But it's window shopping only. They sell wholesale in huge quantities. If you see something you like, ask your favorite vendor. I'm eyeballing the ce4s with whistle tips. I don't like the round hole ones standard on them and would love the ability to teeth chomp a ce4 in my kuwako. I foresee draw/condensation issues with the whistle tips but it would be worth a try. Hangsen seems to sell good stuff even though I'm not a fan of their juice.

So, I have been watching this thread, and using echos and Echo e (I had some Riva batteries to try and kill) just about from the beginning. I mostly ordered from D & B, though I have also ordered from mountainvaper. I am not a technical person, and i don't re-use my cartos---I know it is a sin, but life is short, and I am old. the last time I bought cartos for the Echo (stealth batteries still going strong) I bought dual coils. (I buy in bulk) They have been fine, though they use a lot of juice. I baby them, don't let them go dry, and they last long enough for me. Now I see some newer options out there. What are the current favorites and why. And where are you buying them? (And I don't care if it is easy to rebuild. I will send you my old ones...If you want to take them apart) I just want a reasonable price, no duds.,warmish vapor would be nice.
Any Ideas? Comments? Many thanks.

Hi to all
I just ordered from CropDuster a Echo 650ma battery the new type no LED, And the 300ma usb charger.
Does any one know what the cutoff is for the new batteries?

I have the same one, mine is about 6-7 seconds 'soft' cut-off, 'soft' because it has no waiting time between cut-off and next draw

Mtn Vapor, Cropduster 901, Northwest Vapors and Smoktek are all good sources for echomizers in single coil and dual coil. There are also ce4s (aka turbos/Vision Stardust) that are clearomizers and are cone shaped and look good on the echo. I believe Northwest Vapors has them in both the flat base 808 echo version and the 510 echo-e cone version. All this is off the top of my head. You can also check out VaporGirl for echo stuff and cool stuff to put on the echo-e. Remember to stay above 2.0ohms cause the echo and echo-e don't work right with ohms lower than that.

Welcome to the party!

I will give it a try but right now its in steel bucket out in my shop. It has a full charge on it. It could be a loose wire.
The plan is to take it apart out side. As it is there is a out side chance for a dead short.
I have a 30 year background in industrial electrical and electronics. There are old electricians and bold electricians and you know the rest;)
