Yup!
Seems like a no brainer!
However, the Erlkonigin does only come stock with a clear (glass?) tank, no stainless steel tank included. and if you do get the stainless steel tank, there seems to be no way to view how much juice remains in your tank. I've never liked solid stainless steel tanks... I don't personally want to have to open up my tank, just to see how much juice is remaining, but that's my personal preference....
It also only has a cheap, delrin drip tip, whereas the Squape R comes with a stainless steel drip tip, with very nice engravings as well!
Oh... and the air flow control?
I've read numerous posts from Erl owners, saying they've simply removed the air flow ring on the bottom (which, by the way, can only be controlled by removing the tank from your mech), implying that there ins't enough air for their particular taste without removing the air flow ring completely, and making it wide open... the Squape R comes with an air flow control with ball bearing, which, while similar to the Nautilus, does allow changing of airflow without removing the tank from your device, as well as having holes from .9 to 3.1mm in size... not sure how large the largest air hole for the Erl is....
Squape has ematal deck, which is non-conductive. Owners of the original Squape say that this makes building the deck very easy... no need to worry about shorts. Again, I'm not sure if the Erl has a non-conductive deck or not... this could be a feature they both share.
It also has three different decks, for different types of builds. It is more money, but it's an option.
Stock Erl is 21mm, I believe. Most devices are 22mm... again, you can purchase a replacement tank to make it fit your tube mod, but it's an additional cost. Some people (myself included) don't care that much if there's a small over or underhang between tank and tube mod, but some people do object.
Oh... and when you want or need to rebuild, not sure, but can you rebuild the Erl without having to remove all of your remaining juice? If you do need to remove it, how do you remove it without making a mess? Syringe, or is there another way?
Being able to simply remove the base from the Squape, set the top aside with all of your remaining juice still in it, and either rewick, or rebuild your coil, then simply screw the tank back on without the muss and fuss of emptying it is a big advantage, in my opinion. Again, I'm not sure if the Erl can also do this, perhaps it can.
The Erlkonigin looks to be amazing, but somehow, spending that kind of money, and then having to spend additional money to get a stainless steel tank, or a stainless steel drip tip kind of bothers me.....
Just saying, they both look great, but they both have their pluses and minuses.....
