Update on mine. Ordered 2 - gave one to a mate. He messages me last night to say the the tank's full of cracks! Picked mine up this morning (haven't used it for a few days). All the juice leaked out and tank all cracked. I don't use any flavours / juices that cause tank cracking.. Anyone got any ideas on fixing?

I think the one from chinabuye look better. Not because of the tank being metal, it just looks more like the ones I bought from a US supplier a while ago. I just the thin tank on the one from Fasttech.

My problems were similar to yours with the tank as I almost squeezed to hard taking it apart the first time it nearly broke. However, the tanks serve their intended purpose on holding juice although one should be careful when taking it apart. Will update with pics and info once my order from chinabuye arrives. It just shipped so it might be a while.

Has anyone figured out a tank solution?

Mine has cracked and I cannot find a replacement

i do not have a micrometer to buy glass

and cannot find a metal tank..

i have the 2.5ml unit --rule 62 says a syringe will work for the 3.5ml units

oy vey

im going to use a piece of sandwich bag inside the tank until this is figured out
or the tank splits completely

No, I said that a 12 ml syringe tube can be used to make a replacement tank for the DIDalikes. The tube has to be cut exactly the same length as the one being replaced.

Don't know what the syringe diameteres are where you are, but I fixed mine with a 10ml syringe. It is exactly the same inside diameter as the tank. As already mentioned, it must be cut to exactly the same length as the original tube - not as easy as it sounds... Good job syringes are cheap.

There is probably a difference in syringe diameters. The ones I used were the 12ml from Tractor Supply.

the bag insert bag idea did not work as planned
the wick catches it and im too frustrated with it to make it work

i took some acrylic clear nail polish and painted the tank

this stuff is strong i used it for my vivi which i made into a dripper and drilled an airhole
and then put it back to oem
it has not leaked or chipped off in over a months time
it takes about two days to cure which is suckeths but it works really well

the crack in my tank is half way up the cylinder
so i did not think it would work in this instance i have fingers crossed
i have painted the whole tank hopefully it will add strength
the nail polish says as hard as steel so lol
hopefully woes are over
fasttech will offer a solution eventually

Best way to cut the syringe tubes: You need a socket, from a socket wrench set. Find a socket that just fits inside the syringe tube. This provides a solid backing for the tubing cutter, as you cut through the syringe tube. Don't tighten the tubing cutter too much at one time. Just increase the pressure gradually. Once the tube is cut, carefully remove the burr from the inside edge of the tube with a hobby knife. When installing the new tube on the DIDalike, lubricate the o rings first with some PG, VG, or some juice. Don't push the metal ends of the RBA into the tube. Twist and push at the same time.

I got this from Chinabuye. Same design except for metal tank instead of that cheapo plastic tank. No leakage. The coil came with only needed minor tweaking to get going.

What did you buy from them? I bought a Vamo, batteries for it, 10 needle tip bottles and a skull driptip. These were good buys from them. We need to tell everyone what's good and what's garbage from them.
Over half the stuff I buy from Fasttech ends up in garbage bin. So much for saving money. I'm getting sick of fasttech as fast as I got excited about it.
