Ugh, so the logo-free GP Paps were updated with a new picture, and now I don't love it anymore. I canceled it and ordered a 4nine instead. I'm pretty much only using 18350s these days, and with my brass monkey, it's going to be teeny tiny.

See that's the thing, people get all upset about the artwork on "clones" but without it, it's just a bullet casing, or flashlight. It isn't attractive. I mean, from a utilitarian perspective, as long as it works it's fine, but from the hobby perspective, it needs to look nice too. LOL

Actually, they just removed the logo and left this weird groove.

I really don't like big logos. All I wanted was a tube with clean lines and no artwork, etc. The groove really wouldn't have been so much of a dealbreaker for me, but I was also just sick of waiting for it to get out of restocking. The 4nine also has no logo, a sleek look, and it's quite a bit shorter. It doesn't have the magical switch I've heard so much about, but so be it.

I hear ya on the restocking. I just cancelled an order and used the gift cerficiate refund option so I could transfer the money to a ships next day product. It shipped. lol.

I only have one nemi clone that has any artwork on it. All the rest I have sanded off. Personally I think most of the artwork is ugly. The clean brass or copper look on a nemi clone after sanded and polished is wonderful. It just won't stay that way and I found out I hate the smell of brass or copper. That train on the switch is particularly ugly.

If I could justify the Gus Lord Telescoping, I would buy that for it looks. The clone doesn't accept x650 and a kick.

Heh. Just did the same thing myself. I was going to be waiting weeks just for a ship out because a drip tip I didn't need but liked was in my cart. Cancelled the drip tip and my battery went out the next day.

Something to consider over the next few weeks beginning tomorrow. Apple has most of China's shipping services monopolized with millions of iPhones shipping out to the carriers and stores. Just like last year, everything else shipped out of China slows to a crawl until Apple has received enough stock to meet the demand.

mp players have internal batteries and have to be shipped SLOOOOOWWWWW Boat. (There is a message on the pages of those types of things. at least the ones I've looked at since I need a new MP3 player).

Also, how cheap? If the order was under $20 and you didn't pay the few cents for the upgrade, you'll probably be waiting a little while.

Yeah! I got some of those on the way, and 2 packs of the Aspire coils, too. Oh, and several Kanger and Aspire glass tanks, cuz nobody on Evil-Bay can even come close to their prices, and one can't have too many glass tanks. [emoji6]

They are short, half the length of an actual kanger coil. Howerver the perferm better, last as long and much less prone to flooding.

Thats exactly what I've found they are a very reliable coil and the price is right too. Especially when paired with a $7 Aerotech (Protenk-T).

I've had it on my wish list since they listed the "no logo" version, just waiting until it was in stock. I wanted to get a set to swap out the logo'd tubes I have now for the plain ones. But it now looks like they milled out that groove to remove the logo from existing stock. Meh. Maybe if I wait long enough, they run out of this grooved version and revert to plain tubes?

I was really looking forward to getting the plain tube version. But the new revised photos make it look like the groove detracts from the appearance.

So many of the new releases lately have such ugly logos. But, that's OK really, I'm far less tempted to buy something I don't really need.

I need another mod, but I'm with you - I don't want any demons, dreamcatchers, worms crawling up the sides (SRX), or light saber handles.

The lack of the GP logo didn't matter to me, but the groove that they put on to get rid of it just looks really janky, like it's missing a part.
