transit time? How about total time, from placing the order to getting it. FT isn't known for getting it to the mail facility quickly.
You have to check the stock status. In-stock items ship right away in my experience, but anything that ships in X-number of days is going to take a while longer, of course. And since they are waiting to receive items from the manufacturer, those numbers are really just educated guesses, at best. Anything that says "seven business days," I wouldn't even bother. Also note that a single out-of-stock item will hold up the entire order until it's ready. Unless you're right on the cusp of the $20 free shipping upgrade, you might be better off placing one order for the in-stock items, and a second order for all the rest.

I don't get it. I placed an order a while back and it just hit Chicago this weekend. I placed an order with 3f last week and it hit Chicago on the same day. How is that even possible? Both in China yet 3f gets here faster. Usually within 2 weeks if not sooner.

I don't know what you guys are saying but I ordered a bunch of items and they got shipped several days ago. I got and used the E-Packet option. I'll pay the extra 3 bucks to have my package land in Richmond rather than Mississauga since I live in BC it cuts a week+ off the cross country trek. Richmond customs IMO is a bit faster than the Mississauga customs.

Canada Express ePacket - does not ship battery/tube shaped products

Remove those products and it will be available.

There were no batteries in my Cart! I have never ordered batteries or tube shaped objects from FT I had a box mod in there to try, no E-Packet shipping available.
If there is indeed a way to still use E-Packet Shipping to Canada, Can some one Please explain to me How!

When I tested 3F I placed an order with FT same day. Singapore Post took a full wk for it to ship and 3F was out of the country and stateside in 4 days. They both got here within a day of each other. 3F sat in customs for a week before it was on it's way.

Someone told me that US customs screens items overseas which is why their pkgs are cleared thru customs so quick. CP uses customs stateside. Didn't make much diff to me.

I have no idea what triggers the expedited shipping for batt to show up. That's US though. My first thought is still a hold up in custom's

I agree. I order all the time (no batteries) and e-packet disappeared a couple of months ago. It is my understanding that they had some issues with the postal service and now standard shipping is thru Singapore. I have orders lately that have taken 31 days in shipping. With e-packet, I would have them in 2 weeks or less.

Shipping from Hong Kong or were ever FT ships from is all ways a mystery.
Today I got 2 delivery card notices, one item left HK 30/11/15 & the second 29/12/15 they both show up the same day? I have 3 other orders in-between them who knows were they are :(
Even though there is no tracking with Sing Post the scans for these 2 items did update a few days ago, So now I know when the scan updates my items are in Mississauga :)

I still use Epacket and it works. You cannot have an atomizer of any type, mod of any type, battery, or anything else that is cylindrical in your order. If you do you will not get EPacket as an option. Remove the offending item from the cart and EPacket will be available. I firmly believe that this is a deal between Canada Post and FT as the US Epackets do not have these restrictions to the best off my knowledge.

Well, I am still confused as to where my Fasttech order is:
________________________________

2 Dec ... Ordered 1 drip tip and 1 pack of Kanger Aerotank coil heads (Shipping method: International Airmail)

5 Dec ... Got an email stating that the order has just shipped from China

Today is 13 Jan, and the package still is not here (Florida)

Unfortunately, I did not purchase the 'Tracking Number' option

Well if I can't order any mods or atomizers, what is FT good for any way?

If it takes 6 weeks for a package to come from Hong Kong to either the US or Canada, but it's really only a 14 hour flight between Hong Kong and the US (or Canada) ..... Where do you think the package sets for almost 6 weeks?

It certainly don't take 6 weeks to clear Customs (at least not here in the US)

confused ....

My experience with FT is very good (20+ orders). All items that are in stock or ship next day, actually do ship in an average 3 business days to the carrier, i assume they bulk send parcels to the carriers. Sometimes it takes longer when items are not in stock, but then it's always clearly stated in the item-info. I always get an immediate confirmation in my account, including a picture of the packed item(s), the moment it is shipped, which is often faster than they predict. I always choose Sing Post, even for smaller parcels which can add $1 extra, and this is what generally happens when i enter the tracking-code in the iOS tracking-app "Parcel" (alternatively you could use https://www.17track.net/):

Information received (avg. 1 day after packing at FT)
Received from Customer (1 to 3 days after Information received)
Despatched to overseas (1 to 3 days after Received from customer)
Arrival at Destination Post (5 to 14 days after Despatched to overseas)
Arrival at Processing Center (2 to 7 days after Arrival at Destination Post)
Product delivered to Customer

Lately however there have been several delays at some carriers, due to black friday, cyber monday, xmas, upgrading systems (Sing Post), upcoming Chinese New Year, and delivery has quite been delayed for me too. Still expecting 4 parcels from mid-december. Nothing FT can do about anyway. The moment they ship it, it's out of their hands. And yes, always take the tracking-code! Hope this helps you.
