I don't think mine ever get held up. Usually takes a few days to get here after they make it to Chicago. But it always takes 3-4 weeks to get there. Even when I pay for faster shipping.

I'm a man, and I can change, if I have to, I guess.

That happens. So do typhons and IATA rule changes. None of these things are isolated to FT.

Are you adding batteries to your orders?I always pay the little extra to go express epacket or whatever it's called on my orders,i never order batteries though,i average about 8 days from date of shipping,but i had 1 last month that was 5 days from leaving Ft to sitting in my mailbox.

Nope. Only mods, tanks, tips. Those kind of things. No batteries and no liquids.

Would someone be kind enough to give me the link or Sku to these on FT site. I am having brain fade because although I have ordered them before, I can not find them again, and they dont show up in my past orders. I messaged FT but they want to know what they are called!! lo.

Shipped 3/6 from China, will have it tomorrow.
I have another that is in NY customs for 3 days so far.

It's been a while 10mo since I ordered from FT, is shipping getting better? Wait time?

The ePacket shipping to me in Canada is consistently 2 weeks tops. It is usally a few cents more (between $0.08 to $1 on my last dozen orders). Well worth it according to most folks on ECF that have used it in other countries.

That's my experience too. Being in Florida, if it comes through Miami it is usually here in a few days. Comes in through New York? Could take much longer.

I paid the extra this time, but last time it was held for a week.

Really gets me on people blaming FT for how long it takes to get their order delivered.

*** News Flash ***

FT DOES NOT DELIVER YOUR ORDER.... IT IS DELIVERED BY THE POSTAL SERVICE....

If there is a delay in shipping it out, then yes, that is FT's fault and a complaint is warranted, but if they get it out in a day or so, and it takes a month or more for you to get it, THAT IS NOT THEIR FAULT.

FT has NO Control once it leaves their warehouse and is in the hands of the postal service.

Not really, it is the supplier, they tell FT a date they will deliver the product, but then something happens and gets held up.

FT just lists the products, but of course, us as costumers are going to put all the blame on them, just the longer you use them, the more you get use to and expect the hold ups

I blame them for continuing to sell me stuff they don't have. On four separate orders in the last two months they have emailed me over two weeks later telling me they don't have the item anymore and would I like to get something else

Torally agree. My "complaint", as it were, is the postal services that handle the packages, not FT. I have received excellent service from FT over the years. Not every issue, when there was an issue, was always resolved to my complete satisfaction, but overall I am a very satisfied customer and plan to continue to be.

Well said. I only disagree with this part.

Ft has control of it until it is in the system of the postal service contracted to send it. After that it is in the hands of the post and customs.

I have received three orders from FT so far. No problems. Amazed really things can get from China to here in 10 days or so. Planning to make another order on their Friday sale.

I think they are called bottle droppers. If you post on the customer forum at FT, you'll get answers in minutes. They are fast.
