Made my first FT order on March 18th. It left them for the post office on the 22nd. It's still at the post in China, or at least I think so. The tracking says processed through Beijing EMS on the 24th, then not too long after I got the message (at USPS) "origin post is preparing shipment". And it's been that way for nearly 5 days. It seems to be stuck in limbo.

I received my order from March 17th and I'm still waiting for my two shipments from CNY

I know that feeling I stopped ordering close to CNY a couple years ago because of that.

That is normal, it is on a boat on it's way, once gets to land will change again.

Yes I'm pretty sure that once it's made it to that stage in the tracking, it has left China. The next update should say something about processing through a facility here in the States. But when and where that will be is anyone's guess.

When it does that I usually don't get an update until it clears US customs.

I'm not in any big hurry for it. I just ordered a coil build toolkit, some wire, and some cotton. I'm excited to start building my own coils. But it is frustrating, although I expected it since it was coming from China.

I usually order coils, wire and stuff in stock. Very rarely has anything taken more than 24hrs to pkg and ship. One tank and another time a drip tip caused delays. FT split them. I think I paid about $2 extra for shipping because it hadn't been 2 wks and less than $20. By the time those items arrived, I had forgotten I ordered them.

On the FT forums (I think) there were comments of Singapore Post pkgs returned and no one knew why. Seemed random. FT reshipped and they went through fine, but FT contacted people first. It didn't sound like a big deal. More like some postal worker was having a bad day.

It's only because they shipped two of my packages through Singapore Post. The other 4 shipments from CNY came in a long time ago. Seems (for some reason) the postal service here in Canada treats SP packages with a very low priority and they take much longer to be delivered than other postal options.

How often do you guys have FT cancel items from your order because they are discontinued? It's happened to me 4 times in the last 2 months, where it says I'm stock at the time of order and then a week later saying it's discontinued and would I like credit or refund.

New record for me. I ordered 15 packs of Nautilus coils last night and they have shipped. 9 hours from order placed to shipped. Cool!

Their prices on Smok TFV8 Baby coils are fantastic for anyone interested. They also seem to always have them in stock or only a few days out of stock.

I also ordered 4 of the 5 packs of X4's for $49. Great deal compared to the almost $20US they are here...

Made my order on March 18th, and it's finally in Chicago, and it says I should have it on Monday, although I'm hoping it'll get here Saturday. My NudeNic order came a day earlier than what it said it would, so here's to hope.

Just placed my largest order yet. One thing says it's not available to ship until the 24th and they don't split orders so this should take at least 3 weeks.

Ordered on the 16th, shipped on the 18th, out for delivery right now. Not bad.
I think perhaps it helps that I live very near San Francisco because the packages go straight from China to SF.

That's fantastic! I just placed an order today. Most items were marked as being in stock, but, one was marked ships in five days and one item is supposed to be available for shipping in three days. I hope they are ready to ship sooner than that, but I'll be very happy if they're ready to ship by the end of next week.
