I'm still waiting for my order from Father's Day. It's not even in Canada yet

And before you other Canuck's jump on me.... e-Packet was not an option as there were fidget spinners with batteries in them. Still, I paid an extra $0.92 to use NL Post so it wouldn't get shipped Singapore Post.

I'm still waiting on a May 6 shipping time thru Singapore post of just battery wraps, thats 2 months and 2 weeks so far so I've given up on going to the mailbox just to be disappointed.
There's a vid a few pages back about canada post not dealing with how some chinese companies are packaging their goods and I saw in the vid there were huge mail baskets loaded with 1000's of packages they won't process cause its a hassle to be done manually. If your oversea's package isn't packed in a box and just put into a envelope you are to be going to wait till hell freezes over before receiving your package. I will wait till the 88th day before I chargeback fasttech cause I'm expecting to see my wraps long after the PP chargeback deadline.

    :-x
I always make a separate order for mods and pay for a box.
For some reason they charge $1 for each item going into a box.
While waiting for the mod to ship, I receive another order which contains replacement glass.
Of course they package glass in the small bubble wrap bags, wrapped tight in plastic wrap.
I've never received replacement glass where at least one is not smashed, always just let it go.
This order had 4 out of 5 broken :-x
I take the photo of the smashed glass, they get back....sorry will put replacement item in the order with the mod.
OK great, the glass will be protected in the box...
wait 8 days for the glass to be in stock again....package shipped.
Go to look at their photo of the shipped package....both items shipped in a PLASTIC BAG...not the box I paid for.
    :-x:-x:-x:-x
    Rant over....gotta love FT....

Hopefully soon, I feel the urge to get another mod to fill an empty spot in my gear drawer, one more and they should stand up in a row lol..

Hey, have you ordered any 18650's from eFun.top lately? My last shipment was rejected by customs and returned to China. I was thinking of taking another run at it but was wondering if anybody else has had the same problem.

Well that's interesting! I figured something was going on that was out of the ordinary because I'm waiting upwards of 3 months on some stuff now. Patience is a virtue... when dealing with Canada Post :D

There's been a 5% off sale all month. Code ECF. Noel posted it a while back but I don't think anyone noticed.

Hmmmm... I'll wait for 10% or even better, 15%. There's nothing I need but I've got stuff in my cart again. Might not be a good sale until September.

I need more batteries soon and I'm always buying flavors (if there's a sale lol).
    I can wait.

Nope, was thinking of putting an order in maybe I'll hold off :X

I may just bite the bullet soon and pay "Canadian" prices :X

After my battery order got returned to China I ordered from Illumn.com in California. I bought 8 HG2's and it worked out to $10 CDN per battery (price + shipping). Not bad, cheaper than buying them in Canada. I guess I'll probably be doing that again.

Just received an order today (non vape). Ordered July 9th, Shipped July 10th, Delivered July 20th, Not bad, 11 days after ordering. Was in stock and used Epacket shipping. :D

I always ship Epacket now. Many different packages over last 3+ years (not all Epackets/lesson learned). Most times received 21 days or less. Worse Epacket shipping time was 34 days. Add, at the least, 12 days for being shipped to 3/4 different states before making it to Texas.. USPS what can you say!?

Ah, it was probably better that I didn't know about this

I succumbed to the lure of the Tesla Nano Steampunk for $36.14

    (hangs head in shame) :(
I am into my 2nd month waiting for my Telsa Nano. :nah: I couldn't pick ePacket as I had a camping light (battery) on the same order. Hopefully it gets here soon!

SALE or ECF both work for 5% off for anyone needing a code....

Yeah, that's frustrating. I worry that at some point in the future China based companies will quit doing business with Canadians due to the high amount of complaints and chargebacks that are all due to Canada Post. :(

So... I have never purchased from fast tech. But I have been wanting to. I have a question for people who have though. I know the products are labeled authentic but is there truth to that? If I order a Captain PD270 and check the authentication code it should go through as real? The prices just seem too good to be true. I wanted to make sure what I was buying would be authentic before I bought. I know the shipping can be crazy long which is ok as I am not in a huge rush, I can live with that for the price if the items are authentic.

It's been my regular experience, and that of most others here, if FT labels it "authentic", it is. If labeled "style", it's a clone.

So, yes, it should go through. Prices reflect their bulk buying and whatever other discounts they can get form the manufacturers.

Shipping can vary, depending on method chosen, whether or not the order contains any batteries, and other factors.

Ive been reading the past few pages and I have come to an understanding about shipping. If all I am ordering is mods and tanks with no batteries I should be ok especially if epacket is available. Guess when I make my next purchase of vape stuff I will try here. I was mainly concerned with getting real stuff. Thanks for your help.

Make sure the item(s) you order show as "in stock" or "ships next day". I've found (mostly) if it says "ships in 3 days" it generally does.

And in my experience, if it says "ships in 7 days" you could be waiting for a while. I've started to think that "Ships in 7 days" is code for..... we don't know when it's going to ship. :?:

I am going to order a JoyETech procore Aries cause I have wanted one and I just wanted to try out FastTech, if all works out I have like 4 mods and more tanks I want from them. Its labeled In Stock so it should be good.
