That's good to hear. I think with some of those companies, one may run into an issue or two that sort of turns a person off for good. Honestly, I do think Gearbest has good prices and some great options, their TOS are not super forgiving of the kinds of mistakes I will occasionally make
with my own address but I'm a bit dyslexic. Number-lexic, whatever it's called. Even though I *know* they got their product back (I hadn't changed my Paypal address as I rarely used it, but I actually went to collect my packages from the new homeowners who I know fairly well and who said they sent them back and the two other companies did in fact receive their product back, and were happy to reship, some without even a penalty...)
IDK if Gearbest is so high volume or can't keep track of that stuff, but I do believe they did get it back and I offered to repay shipping and handling AND return, but it's in their TOS that they won't.
Since *I* am occasionally totally air-headed about these issues I decided to stick with companies that were more willing to work with me on it. I mention this long story because honestly, I don't think Gearebest is a *bad* company, just not something I am willing to risk doing twice. I mean, I probably wouldn't, but you know how it is....
I mean, it was totally MY fault, and I am always happy to admit that....
