I've used USPS epacket via China Post in my last 3 orders over the last 2 months and none have taken longer than 10 days from the day it shipped, one was actually only 7 days, so you shouldn't have to long of a wait once shipped ;)

Somebody should tell my epacket shipment to hurry up

I wasn't going to order more this month due economy.
But i gave in when i saw that purple nemesis tubes. Oh my!

Went with Brass nemesis + the tubers + magnets. :) Now the waiting time begins...
Anyone got nice suggestion on a purple atty to use? I feel like i've scouted whole FT and found nothing reliable
Was thinking of a second to buy KFL + purple tank replacement. But i've no tools at all for rebuildning yet nor do i got the money for it.

So i'm thinking of a protank 2 with purple glass. (since i'm used to minis so i guess the regular is just as good?)
However will protank 2 fire any good on a mech? Or any premade atty at all? I would like Iclear 30b purple. But it's not glass and i've heard that they've tons of leaking issues.. So i would love any tip!

Fyi checked on the cheaper drippers to, but they're brass bases i don't wanna use that. (Brass aint good for ya to vape)

I have to say it is painful waiting on long shipping times. I ordered a bunch of stuff on 2/9 and still waiting. I knew what I was getting into with the long wait even though it's my first order with them. I just get so impatient because I want my new toys lol. I check the tracking twice a day even though it updates like once a week. Waiting on an MVP 2 and SVD to go with my Aspire Nautilus and Kanger Aerotank. I just can't slap them on my little VV V3, looks too off balance.

And some helluva customs I bet, too. The MVP can look a lil strange to the non vaper in England on a package shipping to Ireland.

Middle East
Maggie, has your little Taifun arrived yet and how is it in the VTR?

Yes, yes, yes, my Taifun GS arrived here in the spring-like Middle East on Wednesday and I have been playing with it and comparing it to my beloved Kayfuns ever since. I haven't been here at ECF because of connection problems, but that seems to have been solved, too.

My impressions and experiences with it have been really good. It is a beautifully machined little guy, very well made, very clean industrial design. With a Kayfun drip tip on it, it is VERY difficult to tell the difference in the quality of the draw - which is an enormous plus to my mind.

I find the taste is more pronounced and intense with the Kayfuns, but only slightly. I still prefer the Kayfuns for taste, but the GS is definitely up there at the top with them, though. No comparison with PTs, iclears or anything like that.

Building it is different from the Kayfuns, because of the way you need to thread wicks up into the liquid After studying the manual, I came up with a kind of hybrid silica build, where I did the coil and wicks, and then 2 separate pieces of silica to wick-lead the liquid down to the main wicks. Some people use mesh to do this, but since I don't like mesh, I'm not trying it. May try cotton, though. I've built it a couple of different ways, just to see if I could and what would happen. People are going to find it finicky to have to wick up through the very small holes, but I think if you use fairly thin silica or cotton, you won't have to change them when you change the coil. Put them in and leave them.

It is perfect for the VTR, in my not so humble opinion. It gives a great quality vape without adding extra weight. No gurgling, no leaking, no noise whatsoever. Very, very easy to refill. Definitely worth it.

I will admit that I've only used it with the VTR - that's what I got it for, and that is its new home. On anything else it might look a bit long and slightly top-heavy - with the drip tip, it is a bit longer than the Russian 91, and about as long as the 3.1.

So, all in all, there is a very happy little old lady over here!

my last few orders did this

then they went to "preparing to package" shortly after. well, except for the stingray drip tip that still says restocking

I hope that happens. If it goes a week like that i'll just grab a U.S. version for $15 more.

Edit: Now part 2 of my 3 piece order says restocking, haha. I'm just going to cancel. I have been waiting since 2/28 just for piece 2 of the 3 which is a drip tip to show up as restocking this morning. The Helio still says restocking too. It's a wrap, canceled.

You might want to take a look at those Protanks you were talking about and make sure there is no chrome plated brass touching your juice then. Actually most clearos have chrome plated brass and some carto tanks do to. Also, all of the cheap drippers I've bought have a SS deck, but chrome plated brass posts. I understand not being comfortable with juice contact with brass, but drippers aren't your only concern.

Some of these people just don't think do they? Almost every clearo ever made has Chromed Brass parts.
Brass = lowest manufacturing cost
Chrome = protective covering

Don't file/grind on your Chromed parts
Don't subject them to sudden Extreme temperature changes
Minimize use of Acidic e-liquids

Buy purpose built and you will be fine.

* you will get more Lead from licking a pencil tip once than from using a Brass Drip tip or a Chrome plated Brass part.

So it begins...

The wait, that is! My order listed as shipping this morning... two weeks? Two months?

I had to abandon the polished V5 ... the shipping date kept getting pushed back from 3 days to 5 days and then when it went to 15 days I just dropped it. Package shipped next day.

Now the fun part... checking the tracking sites 3X a day, grumbling and muttering about China Post... I can't wait!

I may be dumb. I ordered both an Astro and an Atom.... and a couple of the brass 22mm Patriots (and a handful of other crap I need/want).

Hopefully not in the same order! If one is back ordered it could be forever...

I wish you good luck though! Did you ship usps e packet china post?

That is exactly right! The Protank's, mini's, and Davide's are all chrome plated brass devices, inside and out, and so your e liquid is sitting in chromed brass (base, center tube, top cap) ... yet no one seems to have a problem with them, but chromed brass RDA's are bad? Not any more so than a Protank is.

Since FT had said that shipping batteries wasn't a problem anymore I bought 2. Shipped thru Malaysia I'm almost positive they were on the flight that disappeared recently.

My condolences for the loss of your batts. They were so young.
My batts sat in Chins/Malaysia for almost 2 weeks before they were " Item sent to ISC NEW YORK NY (USPS)". But if your results are the same as mine, the next status update took 7 days.
Good Luck

Even if they were/are - Very inappropriate post, all things considered.
