30ml lasts about a week if I'm lucky (less if I'm greedy).
I go through about 2 50ml bottles a week, so I hear you,,,,,
some people use cotton yarn, I hear,,,,,,IDK, they say cotton has to be changed pretty often,,,,and I vape 14ml a day,,,,,,,if I had to change it 4 times a day, that would be kind of silly LOL.
I vape around 8ml a day, change my cotton every few days.
I doubt you'd need to rewick more often than every other day.
I change cotton when I change tanks. It's a very quick process

For a rebuildable atomizer ... I think if you use silica wick, you don't ever have to change it until you actually need to change your coil

when I was still dripping I changed the wick 3 times a day already. If I notice the vape quality decreasing, I would replace the wick. In the Aqua, I replace it about every other day if I'm keeping the same flavor that long
like I said, I change the cotton when I could tell a difference in my vape quality. If you can't tell a difference, I would say it's not necessary. I found it as such so I made adjustments accordingly.

If you're building a micro coil it needs to be heat treated to it retains it's form.

I've heard the juicy peach is amazing,,,,it's one that most people seem to agree on,,,,,,,,not sure about the others,,,,,
Dont know how good there standard egos are but they do a itaste vv v3 its on own for $25 or the v3 with 5 iclear 16 clearomizers for $40 which is a great ego battery at a good price.

the torching is to put a layer of carbon on the coil
it's also used to fix their shoddy coil job. a perfect micro coil doesn't require any torching, really. just some pulse fires.
if a coil isn't tight on your drill bit, it's often fired and tweezed to have the coil more compact.
