To those who have the $18.50 Nemesis (well, I guess the other models should work the same way...): The battery should go all the way to the bottom and you should be able to slide it out from there, right? I just got mine today and the battery won't go past the vent holes (my Panasonics get stuck just above the holes, my Samsungs and Sonys get stuck a bit above that). I managed to get it working, but I need to extend the fire switch an unhealthy amount, use both beauty rings, and still have some threading showing. Have to point out though that this is the first dud (if it indeed is) that I've gotten from Fasttech in more than twenty orders, and I have no doubt that they'll make it right

2 choices:
Sand out inside of tube - Not recommended!
Request DOA Defect replacement - include that pic in request.

Fasttech will replace the defect.

*does a more standard 18650 fit? efest(red) etc.?

I must be lucky, first time I've used Singapore post, but got a new battery for the wife, so had to use it, heard normally takes at least a month, but order that shipped on the 13th is already here, so only 2 week travel time, only thing that sucks, is mail person took it back to post office, so have to wait till tomorrow morning to pick it up.

Said I wasn't going to do it but......

I placed an order. Think it'll be my last. Figured I'd give my first full year of vaping business to them and will probably start exploring other stateside vendors since all I really need anymore is juice.

The last batch of my favorite liquid varied in strength from bottle to bottle so that kinda did it for me. This order has the same liquid but in various strengths to even out the last orders inconsistencies. The fact that ft won't send liquid through hkp is another factor, I used to get my orders in under 2 weeks, Singpost doesn't have the best rep so i'll see how that goes. Hope for the best but expect the worst.

okay women and men what should my next mechanical mod or vv/vw be from fast-tech? . im ready to buy something new, I have a vtr and a nemesis have all Sony batteries 30 amp . never order from them and have heard good and bad but the prices are to good not to buy from

Get a aqua, kayfun, ah heck. Just fill up your cart with a bunch of < 10 dollar drippers and have a building party.

Yeah, sanding the inside doesn't seem like a good idea, though if I'm sent a new Nemesis without needing to send this one back I'll give it a try. I already sent a ticket, and likely they'll just send me a new one as the return shipping will be more expensive than the mod itself.

In 18650s I have Samsungs, Panasonics, and Sonys. No Efests. I have efest 18350s though, and I have the same problem with them.

If this is your first time on a ticket - Expect 36hrs. or so for a response. Takes a little time due to their system and Volume but they will take care of everything.

They just responded to me in under 8 hours.

Of course, they asked me for the exact information that I included in the original post and then they asked me what i would like them to do which I had also told them in the first post thus requiring me to respond and now wait again.

But they did get back to me in 8 hours.

Yep, one of my orders arriving today has a Replacement Carto Tank X8 included. Took 3-4 back and forth communications but everything went smoothly. :thumbs:

ive placed many orders with FT, but my most recent order is the first one that has been sent via Malaysia post. have you guys had any experience with Malaysia post?

Does it track through Canada Post web site when it shows up in Canada? Just asking cause all I get is International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada for weeks now
