Not too long ago another person had a similar problem with FastTech,,, come to find out they had 2 accounts with FT. They were advised to close their browser and sign back in with the other account,,,, and was taken care of.
Try voicing your problem on the forums there,,, and some of the members there might have an answer? Or,,, maybe just try closing your browser and sign in again and check to see if the order went thru?
Finally received my order today! Ordered April 16th received May 15th...way too long for my liking, so that'll likely be my last Fasttech order. I will say, I am pleased with all of my items though.
did u pay like the extra ~$ for expedited shipping? I get my orders within 2 weeks of ordering. I know the base shipping is free but that .... is slow, its worth it paying that extra dollar and change for the expedited. Also if you dont order stuff thats in stock, they wait to ship it to you til it comes back in stock.

I've always been on the lucky side with Fasttech when it comes to the 'ships in x business days' term. My recent order had 2 items (1 piece each) in it that had a 'ships in 7 business days, ETA 5/25/2015' notation on the order and I was quite surprised to see the order was shipped out yesterday! I think they use that term to keep themselves covered for larger, bulk type orders of the products. I've never had to wait the full amount of days noted on the order, but it's most often just a single piece I order.

I've been at both ends of that stick haha.I've had items that said ships in 7 days that shipped in 1 or 2,and i have had some that said 7 days and took 30 days before they shipped.I'm actually going through it now with 2 items,they have taken so long that they ended up shipping the rest of the order so it didn't get held up any longer by the 2.One of them keeps showing an eta date,then that day it will change to another 5 or 6 days,the other item never even shows an eta date,way i look at it,they are both small not real important items,so i'll get them when i get them.
Heh,,, watching the tracking is just like watching Santa Claus on the tracking on Christmas!

The pattern I've seen is- if the item is in stock at Fasttech it will ship within a couple of days. Then my package spends a week holidaying in Sungapore. When Singapore posts the green light - package forwarded to destination country - it will be about 5 days before it reaches here. Once it reaches here I get it basically on the same day, or the following morning if it arrives late in the evening.
That is the pattern unless the package contains external batteries. I have two packages containing batteries which seem to be going on foot to Sweden or being brought to me on foot from Sweden. The first was an order placed April 27th. I've practically given up on it!

I received my Kayfun 4 clone this morning. What a lovely vape. A perfect clone at a fraction of the price of the original... and it comes with all the bells and none of the whistles. I love it so much I nearly missed an appointment because I just wanted to sit there and vape!

Wouldn't matter if you used a debit card, it still has the same protections a normal credit card does. If the order doesn't show under orders, then contact your bank again.
FYI, if you intend on buying the FT Aqua V2 clone (SKU 2022300), please note it does not come with the tiny 2mm or 3mm o-ring that goes underneath the positive post, so flooding is inevitable. If you decide to order it, be sure to order SKU 2156300 along with it so you are good to go.

Kicking myself for not having the funds for the OTM one when they were still available. Even the 1:1 is gone.
Those tiny o-rings are so handy to have around for so many things! Didn't even know they had that size. Thanks for the tip. Wish they had the black ones though.
