When I cancelled an item, they gave me a gift certificate that I used on my next purchase. It was easy & convenient because I buy from them frequently.

Right that's an option, or there is the option for credit card refund via PayPal. I may just do the credit, but I'd rather have the cash refund. So curious exactly how that would work considering I didn't use PayPal to place the order. Does the gift certificate just apply straight to your account?
Sorry can't help. I usually get their gift certificates as refund since I generally know i'll be reordering the things I cancel or have something else in mind.
The item just got pushed back 7 more days so I'm going to have to order elsewhere, otherwise it wouldn't be a problem.
I can't see Paypal happening for you, since you didn't use it to pay. In Paypal's eyes, they wouldn't have an order to reference, so it would be like sending you cash - don't see FT doing that. If somehow they did, it would take a few days to show up (something like 4? don't remember). A GC is instant, and usually problem free (like in "no questions asked" policies elsewhere). They put a GC number in your account that you can use anytime.
I tried the full refund, we'll see what happens. I think they just aren't very clear. It says as if they use PayPal for the refund, but then sounds like it would just credit to your card if that's what you used. I figure worse case, if it doesn't ever come through, they'll just credit me with the gift certificate anyway.

I think it was just worded strange. I used my debit card actually. It said the refund would happen via PayPal. It was that or a gift certificate. I believe my PayPal is tied to fasttech regardless. I'll find out in a few days whether it arrives or not!

The base is identical to my authentic STM and it comes with the RBA section with the big airholes and was loaded with a .5ohm coil. I switched the coil head with the one i had in the STM (smaller holes) which had a 1ohm coil in it. I'm vaping both - and both are SOOOO good. No plastic taste on the new one and sheesh - that's a whole lot of tank and technology for $9.27! Sweet!

Today was the day my items were supposed to ship. Ordered 8 days ago. The organic cotton now suddenly ETA is tomorrow. Really hope it happens. I had patience until I saw that get pushed back today. I guess worse case I can cancel that tomorrow and order it somewhere else.
That would be the Kings atomizer. Very small capacity for ejuice, as I recall only .8 mls.

My last two orders came in this morning. These will be my last orders for some time - I think I am all set. Well there is one other order for a travelling pouch to hold my stuff but I'm not counting that as a vaping item... I mean it is just a pouch - can't vape it .
Anyway, one item that came in this morning is a Goblin atomizer clone. It came packaged very much like the authentic except that it did not include the manual. But that's no big deal. Also, from watching Busardo getting up close and personal with the authentic Goblin, the build on this clone is not exactly the same in the sense that the four post holes are all at the same level whereas in the authentic the positive holes are slightly higher than the negatives. However, everything else is the same. including the additional taller chimney and glass tank and it's really a good solid clone. The Goblin, be it authentic or clone is a bit of a pita to build and fill but once that is done it is one of the best atties I possess. I love the Lemo 2, but this one is even better. And the best thing about it is it absolutely does not leak from anywhere or in any position - not even a tear drop. In my book that is the greatest plus an atty could possible have. And the flavour is awesome - it's as if you are drinking the juice it's that close. And all that for $13 delivered straight to my door.
Oh I also got an Akuma copper mech mod but that went straight to my Doomsday cache after checking the threading. I'm not even going to use it.
