Ive ordered from FT a half dozen times. My current order is a nightmare!!! Ordered 6 items. After a week I look and 2 items that were in stock now 7 day wait. OK... I have them cancel those. The next day I look and 2 more 7 day wait. OK... lets cancel those. Nope, cant be done because they are listed as ready to ship. Just got done chatting with a very confused person that says wait another week. I tell him no, ship what you have, cancel the rest. He says there is strange shortages in the inventory...?

Any guesses?

I just ordered from them for the first time and my experience has been flawless... granted I haven't gotten my items yet, but I have the shipping notifications with tracking #s.

I have literally 7 separate packages on the way to my door step in texas. All shipped right after the Chinese holiday and expected delivery is on the 19th. (One just shipped, one drip tip was a 7 day Ship). I have to say I really like their easy cancelations and fast refunds before product ships (on day 3 for even a response from 3f for a cancelation because it's been 2 weeks without shipping) My batteries are actually expect on the 17th so they came faster than the rest. So far the experience has been ~13 days epacket and 31 days for free shipping (2x both 31 days). I have to say I'm satisfied with the savings and decent customer service.

Weird. Strange shortages? My cable company has strange outages. Shortages probably applies too. FT pinned a note that they were having a hard time shipping with epacket due to China post returning looking like a battery. Dunno if that's what's going on.

This is not new. Also not really FT fault, it's their suppliers pushing dates and not meeting demand.

Ask them to split it up and they will.

i always order a sum of around 150$ and never had any problems with shipping or delays. perhaps some of the problems are caused by small orders. i don't know but i read many complaining posts about FT. it seems strange to me i never had anything to complain about them.

Last I read, it was.

FT has really gone downhill with its offerings since the summer. I pretty much stopped browsing there once the dildos were in the new arrivals every day.

My first purchase from them was a 30+ day wait. ...... me off and swore I would never order from them again. About a year ago I tried again and from that point on its been 2 weeks from order to door. I only order stuff that show's in stock and pay the extra fee for tracking and its great. I love FT

E packet is definitely worth the dollar or 2. 2x as fast and tracking = win

Ok I made about 4 different orders with Fasttech and, like many others probably, on a couple of my packages did not get the USPS option for the extra dollars and some, and those packages are still in transit somewhere. The ones I did pay the extra dollar and some on, 1 has arrived and one will arrive tomorrow, making the time about 2 weeks. The first package that arrived, everything arrived like I would expect it to, and is working great. One piece that I received doesn't sit well on my mods, but what can you expect when the prices are so low. All in all, I'm happy with my purchases.

I get this in both Safari and Firefox.

That extra dollar thing only popped up for me when my order was under $20 (which I think they may have raised to $25? Haven't ordered in awhile...). Above the $20-25, I got free upgraded shipping.
