Not complaining about ship times wanted to know if I should be worried about it being mia though. Did two separate orders on oct 12th first one shipped next day order still has not left china second order same day was in restock and shipped Nov 2nd the one that shipped Nov 2nd is in the usa past customs and slated for delivery on monday the 9th. So on the first one just tracking not updated or should I file a refund request on Dec 1 earliest I think they will accept a order got lost instead of just saying be patient.

I thought they would not consider an order lost until two full months have passed?

you might be right was thinking around 30 to 45 days they would consider it lost but that is most likely the case

Tracking updates are almost non-existent for China. When it arrive to USA you'll get notified (tracking) but now you are at a mercy of customs (once my package from FT spent 2 weeks in Chicago). I ordered from FT about 5 times, delivery time was from 12 days to almost 2 months (multiple delays with shipping, not in stock, etc.).

I'd say open a ticket and follow up on it first. Once you get Paypal involved, FT's hands are tied and they won't be able to help you.
What was in that package? There might be a chance that it didn't pass customs, then it would've been bounced back to them...so yeah, follow up.

This confuses me too. I think paypal's requirement is less than FT's. So I'm left with following the shorter pp's timeline or trust that FT will make good. So far I've only run into it once and stuck by FT and they did eventually make good.

It's pretty much the same thing ordering by mail from any place in china ebay amazon etc, 2 weeks to 2 months isn't unreasonable you just gotta expect it, it's the process...

It varies a lot. My current package took about a week to get to the US. Of course, it looks like it may be stuck in a loop in Chicago. But, it is, at least, in the country.

Beautiful blues and aquas! And, the way the Bell Caps match the drip tips makes me wish I had a subtank.
But, I did throw a couple of the drip tips onto my Wish List. Almost all my drip tips nowadays come from FT.
