I got a rather dumb question that I can't seem to find the answer in paypal. I have a order shipped Singapore post on May 6th. It was nothing special but some battery wraps and the insulators for the top of the batts and I'm beginning to get concerned about where it is now coming up on 2 months. Canada Post says no international tracking, 17track says left inroute and then nothing.
Is the paypal chargeback window 60 or 90 days after the sale. I've never had to chargeback in the 10+ years that I've used PP and can't seem to find the info in their site.

My last regular parcel from China took slightly more than 60 days to get to me. There are massive delays on the left coast in customs and Richmond.

I had 2 parcels from healthcabin that took less than 2 weeks to hit my mailbox. Some merlin glass from gearbest that also 2 weeks along with a different FT order that took 3 weeks. All 5 orders were shipped within a few days of each other but the 1 FT Singapore post is lost in the shuffle somewhere, being held up in customs is one thing but having a useless tracking number and not knowing nothing on where it is really sucks. I know Singapore post is crappy long but gezzzz how long is long, just glad its a less than 20 dollar order but still.

Were they epacket?

some lite reading

Delivery delays: Online customers waiting months for orders from China

Delayed delivery: Canada Post says you get what you pay for

EPacket is well worth the extra few pennies. To Canada anyways.

After dozens of orders, ePacket is almost always dead on 2 weeks and "free" shipping (SingPost) is 4-5 weeks. SingPost is never less than 3 weeks and never more than 6 IME.

I recently placed two orders but one I forgot to change shipping to ePacket. The ePacket took 2 weeks (arrived today) and the SingPost shipment will be another 2-3 weeks. Frustrating, but it is what it is. If I need something NOW I can drive (or even walk) a couple miles to a B&M and pay 50% more.

I am not having this customs nonsense I normally order from FT with epacket which takes around 12 days to Pennsylvania. I just placed my first order with Elegomall. Even with $15 DHL shipping it was $14 cheaper than FT. I ordered Tuesday night, it shipped Wednesday night and cleared customs this evening.Scheduled delivery tomorrow. Three days Hong Kong to Pennsylvania. How can DHL clear customs so quick ?

I had no epacket option with FT from I assume there was the word battery even though they were just the wraps. Healthcabin shipped it their choice of shipping and I got a tracking number that worked so it could have been epacket but they didn't say. Gearbest was netherland post and guess I got lucky cause they like to drag their feet also.

As for the lite reading.............those 2 links suck. It would be nice if I could pick and choose what I had to do at work like the CP employees that my taxes pay for get to do. Too busy paying the fat boys upstairs to be able to afford grunt workers in the trenches...gotta love those crown corporations.

How do you buy coils off FT? I've never had a need for pre-built ones but find myself needing a few packs now. I tried to buy with PP and CC but no go.
    Thanks!
Some items only take fasttech credit, hopefully some of the peeps can tell you how
