I've always got mine in 8-10 days, the last few have been about 14.
Suspect it's the holiday time delays.
Usually my packages come through Miami customs, now they are going through NY or LA which add a few+ more days.

Are you in the USA? For me (USA) that's about how long it usually takes - 15-20 days after shipment. Once I got in in 10 days, but that was a long time ago. I remember it was HK post.

Yes, I’m in the U.S. and I usually have orders delivered much more quickly than this!

For me FT orders have always shown up between 15-30 days. Every now and then they've shown up in 10-15 days. I have them shipped free and know that takes longer.

For me FT orders take 30 to 45 days to arrive to Portugal. Epackets.

After the 2 orders I have travelling arrive, I'll be done with FT for good. No more from me.

While sometimes they take forever, they do always get here and are packaged well. I never order stuff I need right away. It's typically things like wire, cotton, extra squonk bottles, o-rings, replacement glass, grub screws, backup mechs and mods...especially when they have a sale going! While my patience is usually tested, it's probably good practice for me. Also, they are a one stop shop for literally all my odds and ends needs. It's definitely a love hate relationship, but not one I'm ready to call quits on just yet. Btw, I'm currently waiting on a package that shipped the 6th to get to NY. Freaking holidays!

Fasttech not even worth ordering from anymore. I now find prices are crazy expensive their now. I can order things cheaper that are already in Canada. Only really order glass from Fasttech now. Few years ago I got everything for vaping from Fasttech. CHEERS!

I've noticed the same thing- only order parts (glass, seals etc) from them. With a few exceptions (some premade coils) most things are same price or cheaper at US vendors.

RDA's, RDTA's and some RTA's, drip tips, and spare parts are my main orders from fasttech. Mods are too expensive there most of the time.

I know there's lots of people in the same boat as we are. I swore I was going to ignore the next sale but I think I'm going to order some more spare glass for my Lemo 2's as FT is the last place they seem to be available. Not going to worry about how long they take to show up.

I have an order (to Florida) that came in through NY instead of Miami that is floating around the east coast.... FT shipped in good time, just taking forever to get here. Not FT's fault!

I got a package last week from FT I ordered on 1/15 hoping it would ship before CNY. It got delayed a bit, then got caught up in CNY and then Covid-19.

Still waiting for an order I made on Jan 11 which finally shipped Mar 8. Delivery date kept being extended. It's a Brunhilde MTL I paid $20 USD for which I'm looking forward to trying out. It'll probably get here soon

I think FT is seeing significantly fewer orders from the US because of the great sales there lately but that may change in or after May. Then again, I don't know how much of their business is vape merchandise.

I haven't seen any great sales in the USA for about a month. There are some sales, but not many good deals left. Clearance sections are mostly junk at this point.
