It is plated for sure. Description is wrong unfortunately, they are known to do that. Also, i have, from FT, the k100, the kts, the sentinel v3 two tone (aluminum actually is a better conductor than brass surprisingly, two times more so) and the diablo clone all brass. My favorite setup is the kts with the xatty after i sanded the contacts and firing pin down to brass. There is very little difference i feel after i samded down the contacts in the k100 and kts and modded my sigelei 19 to have brass contacts like the diablo and sentinel. Its a matter of a couple tenths of a volt or so i believe, and with constant charged batteries it is a non issue for me. Just my two cents

various brass things from fasttech.
first one is a K100 that's been heavily modified, second is the V3 Mod, 3rd is the TVS Mod

K100 has been a play thing for me to tinker with. I de-sleeved it and sanded down the finish.

The V3 Mod works pretty great right out of the box. You can run 18350s in it if you use button top. if not button top, you get a tiny bit of battery rattle and have to press the button further.

The TVS mod is the heaviest of the 3 by a noticeable amount. I had to modify the top by replacing the floating pin with a brass screw. Without that modification or something similar, you can't run this with an 18350.

Sweet k100! Im gonna leave it green so i can vape with team pride while watching the eagles games. I also had to modify the top cap on the diablo. I simply sanded down the delrin a mm or so on the 510 side so the center pin is pushed further up in the 510 connection. Brass screw works great too, just didnt feel like running to the hardware store yet again lol.

I'm also glad they keep restocking i16's, along with tanks they are my go to delivery method on the go. And speaking of that, Liqua Citrus Mix and Hangsen Banana dont break i16's, just in case anyone was wondering

This is what is says when I click on the "you order has been shipped" link in my email.

'Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office. '

It might not be any thing bad. but I am concerned. My other orders went so nicely.

That just means that the package has not been scanned yet. It's probably sitting in a bin at FT waiting to be taken to the airport or at the airport waiting to be processed. I sometimes get that message for a couple of days before the package gets scanned.

I think Hugh is spot on. I have a one giving me the same message right now and have seen it before. I'm pretty sure it means that FT has metered it (placed electronic postage on it) thus creating a tracking number but it has not been scanned in to the HK system yet.

Just to update, the package now shows up on USP tracking.

7-10 days assuming your items are in stock and with short ship on dates.

My K100 said it was in stock but when ordered it had a ship on date (on the order form after the sale) of 9 days later. So that order ended up taking nearer to 3 weeks to arrive at my home.

I just try to avoid items with more than 3 days for shipping, if it say 5 days ormore and i still wanted i know will take a bit more. So far my only order that took a long ride was when the SVD express kit was listed and shipped 2 weeks after. I have came acros with some juice orders that i have them in my milbox in just a week. I have like 15 orders and just 1 took more than 10 days.

The NCR18650PD that he linked are pretty close to the same type of battery as those CGR18650CH; both high-drain, safer chemistry hybrid IMRs. The NCR-PD is the newer version with more capacity. They cost a little more but run a little longer, both are great options.

11/12 of my orders have arrived in 8-14 days and one took 24 days from order (lost at HK post office for 9 days)
