Right...USPS 5-8 days, as in, United States Postal Service. That doesn't include to to pack up your order and ship it, time for Hong Kong post to get it to the states, and time for it to get to customs.

No one was being rude...it was just a little incredulous to us that you would think something would be at your door in a week from China, especially when a quick google search would find you average ship times...in fact, you are IN a forum where multiple people have posted their ship times.

EDIT: Ahhh...I see maggie and the rest have got to this first.

My shipping order.... I should add.. I put in order the thurs the week before. It was being held up on Sun night/Monday. I cancel the piece holding it up on Sun or Monday the 5th. Yes.. I edited the city it delivered to.

I agree. I ordered 2 ego style batteries and one had screwed up threads and wouldn't go on the charger. I submitted a support ticket and their immediate answer was "We'll send you another free. If you are going to order from us soon could we just put it in the box with that order to save us shipping?". Even though there's spaces for it on the support ticket form, they never asked for pictures or the faulty battery to be sent back.

For completeness, I figured I'd let everyone know how this turned out:

The instructions I was given were to send a reply to the support ticket with the order number when I placed the next order. I did so.

The next day, I got an email from Fasttech that basically said, "We didn't notice the ticket until the package had shipped. Can we send the replacement along with your next order?"

To this I responded something along the lines of, "I followed the instructions I was given. I won't be ordering anything else until I get that battery."

To which Fasttech responded, "OK, we'll send it right away."


Which they did and I received a fully functional replacement in the mail today. I'm quite satisfied. Not counting the impatience of waiting for overseas shipping, that was as painless an experience I've ever had with the replacement of a defective part that wasn't in a B&M store.

Yeah, my fastest was 5 days so far. But, as a contrast, my longest was ordered 7/29/2013 and still hasn't left Hong Kong yet, so...it is what it is.

Also, why did you edit out your city if it's under your user name, and in the two tracking things before the final one...?

Wait, I get it, you must live on the outskirts or whatever. Sorry, little slow today.

I'm just north of Cincinnati. Have done 10 or 11 orders and all have been 6-8 days consistent.

You shouldn't be so sensitive about living in Covington. Us peeps from N.E. Ohio know that it's only a technicality that Cincinnati is in Ohio :p

Looks like their first batch of Protank 2's are gone, they switched from 'ships next day' yesterday to 'ship's in 5 bd' today, the couple i threw on an order are already being packaged though.:vapor:

My PT2 shows ready to ship today, i ordered yesturday
